Located on the oceanfront at the stunning Cape Kiwanda on the Oregon Coast, and only two hours from Portland, Pelican Brewing is the perfect place for your most special day. Our fabulous location in Pacific City provides the memorable opportunity for you to say your vows on the beach, then take ten steps to our beautiful oceanfront banquet room. From an intimate reception for 40 guests to a large celebration of 80 guests, you can rely on the Pelican team to create the wedding day of your dreams. Relax and enjoy your day as every detail will be attended to by our professional and courteous staff. The award-winning kitchen can prepare meals from simple to extravagant, with the ability to customize menus to your taste and whimsy. Our in-house brewery has won awards all over the world, and can provide these fresh craft beers directly to your event. In addition, great wines and a full bar are available.

The Pelican Room features 1150 square feet of space accommodating up to 82 guests. Natural light is abundant with floor to ceiling views of Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock. The north end of the space features a 7' gas fireplace tying together our warm and hospitable atmosphere.

We are the only Beachside Brewpub in the PNW, offering our own portion of the beach to have your ceremony within steps of the reception space. We handle the permits, insurance, chair setup, and more for you to enjoy your special day.

We Loved working with Pelican Brewing Company!
We had a great experience working with Pelican Brewing Company. The venue was beautiful and perfect for capturing photos and videos! They were organized, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made our job easier and helped the couple enjoy their day. We’d be happy to work together again and recommend them to any couple looking for a great venue!!
Beyond perfect!
My wife and I had our special day on 09/28/2025 and we cannot stop talking about how amazing it was! Caitlin handled my constant emails for months prior to the wedding, and Lauren took care of us the day of. They were both absolutely incredible. I couldnt wait to give them a glowing review! Lauren handled everything perfectly and made the day completely stress-free which was so needed after planning the wedding for a year. She was also incredibly kind, and I really appreciated her genuine care for us both. If you are a part of the LGBTQ community and are looking for an affirming venue, I especially recommend Pelican Brewing in Pacific City. You will not regret it!
Amazing! Perfect beach wedding!
The team at Pelican Brewing Company was a pleasure to work with throughout our wedding planning process. Their communication was fast, pleasant and friendly, always responding to our questions and requests in a timely manner. The quality of their work was clean and professional, and they contributed greatly to making our special day flow smoothly. Caitlin, in particular, went above and beyond, even helping to pin flowers on the groomsmen. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to host our wedding celebration.
Best wedding venue on the Oregon Coast
