About this venue

With sprawling greens and a view of Mary's Peak, the Corvallis Club offers premier wedding venues, beautifully renovated, overlooking the golf course with a new private Bridal Suite. The Terrace & Pavilions is perfect for outdoor receptions up to 250 guests, and the Ballroom is perfect for an elegant reception for up to 175 guests. We offer both a la carte and all-inclusive options to help your wedding vision come to life. Highlights: build a custom menu for your guests with Chef Iain Duncan, enjoy signature drinks with our full bar- service and enjoy access to the course for golden hour photos with your photographer. This space can accommodate a wedding and reception for 250 guests in the same outdoor location. Covered pavilions offer private viniettes for seating, with string lights and room for a full band or DJ and dance floor. The Ballroom is located next to it, so both spaces can be used on the same evening for easy indoor and outdoor flow. Luxurious bathrooms located inside for guest use.

White walls, beautifully redone light wood floors, exposed white beams and industrial-chich overzied penants give this room a grand and modern feel. All chairs, tables, cocktail tables, banquet tables and set up, linens, set up and tear down included.

They stayed in touch throughout the planning process and checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. On our wedding day, they handled all the details so we could actually enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics.     Love the Corvallis Club for Weddings!

    The Corvallis Club is an absolute pleasure to work with for any wedding. As a photographer, it’s so nice to go to a venue that just flows. Every space is truly beautiful and easy to make look good in photos! The staff communication is efficient, easy, and professional throughout the entire process from start to day-of. Couples don’t have to worry about finding servers or bartenders and they even do most set up and tear down. The venue is beautifully designed, well-lit, clean, spacious, and has a true sense of luxury. They fully customize everything to their couple’s wedding vision and take care of all the details. The food is amazing- unlike most weddings I go to- it doesn’t just taste like “catered bulk food” it’s truly food I would love to order at a nice restaurant. I would highly recommend Corvallis Club to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding venue!

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Venue space for six hours, set up, clean up, tables, chairs, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and linens.
Service time is six hours, usually 4:00 to 10:00. Set up time and getting ready time (usually starting at 2pm and earlier if you rent the air bnb space) included.
Food and beverage minimum is $3000 with options for buffet, family style or plated depending on guest count. All service, bartending and licensing is included.
