Aurora Vineyards is a wedding venue in Aurora, OR, just 25 minutes from Portland and Salem that offers both indoor and outdoor setting options to host your wedding. You will have an array of backdrops to choose from, from the picturesque gardens to the rustic, yet modern, event center, to bring your wedding vision to life. You will be welcome to start your day in the onsite get-ready suites, where you can prepare for your ceremony alongside your wedding party. After you exchange your vows in the tiered amphitheater, your guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the covered patio. For your reception, the event center's indoor space features an open floor plan for you to create any seating arrangement you prefer. Elegant chandeliers and large, accordion glass doors surround the room, creating a bright, airy atmosphere for you to dine and dance the night away.

This space features both 3,400sf of indoor space and 3,400sf of outdoor patio space. The indoor area is ideal for seated receptions while the covered and uncovered patios are great for cocktail hours and dancing!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Aurora Vineyards! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their warm hospitality made the entire planning process so smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning – from the lush vineyards to the breathtaking views, every corner is picture-perfect. What makes Aurora Vineyards even more special is its versatility. Whether you're envisioning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, the space can easily be tailored to your needs. There is a spacious bridal and groomsmen suites. Both are beautifully appointed, and the fact that they're air-conditioned made a world of difference on our big day, keeping everyone comfortable and happy. We can't recommend Aurora Vineyards enough for any event – weddings, corporate gatherings, or special celebrations. It truly is a gem of a venue with an amazing team behind it!

We loved working with the team at Aurora! It was supposed to be a beautiful day but the weather started to turn so the team worked expeditiously to move our ceremony indoors. Our food and wine was delicious, every single person we worked with was phenomenal. Much love to the Aurora team

We are a floral art team that has worked with Aurora Colony Vineyards for several wonderful celebrations and events. The space is flexible, clean, and aesthetically beautiful. We love the spaciousness of the ceremony area, the indoor spots for winter/rain, and the tucked away feeling for couples at ACV. A bonus is the multitude of areas for photos. This Venue is the total package! Their property is so beautiful, even minimal decor is gorgeous there. They have an amazing wine selection and provide exceptional service. Booking with them also includes the tables and chairs that are high quality and beautiful. Their Accordion doors are also a beautiful accent that can make transforming the space efficient and smooth. We always enjoy our events at Aurora Colony Vineyards!

Yes, there is plenty of free on-site parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. There is a wheelchair ramp inside the Event Venue, sidewalks to the restrooms, and we have a golf cart available to take guests to the lower level of the amphitheater for seating.

Your reservation includes 12 hours from 11AM to 11PM, including the time it takes for you to set up and clean up. Additional hours may be purchased.

Yes, you will need to purchase liability insurance which includes Host Liquor Liability.

Yes. I addition to the site rental fee, we also require a food and beverage minimum that can be fulfilled with the purchase of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, food, linen rental, and other services.

Yes, all catering must be purchased from us. No outside catering (except for cake and desserts) are allowed.
