    We had our wedding here this December. The venue is beautiful and the owners were great to work with! Very communicative and flexible. During our ceremony, a pipe burst in one of the bathroom sinks, but once the owners were contacted, they swiftly arrived and solved the problem. Luckily, it caused minimal inconvenience as there are restrooms on the first floor that our guests were able to use. They handled an unexpected problem very smoothly! Overall, we really enjoyed our wedding and working with Anni from Flinn Block.

We have the same pricing year round. Because we are an indoor venue with outdoor views, couples love us for the air conditioning in warm months, and no weather worries in the other seasons!
Yes, we let you handle your own drink options. We do require proof of an OLCC licensed & insured server(s), and host liquor liability insurance coverage.
We have plentiful free public parking in a lot directly across from our facility, as well as others on the same block, and plentiful free parking on the street as well.
Yes, all our facility is wheelchair accessible, including restrooms.
Our venue is fully insured, but we also require standard liability insurance riders that all venues in our area require. We help walk you through this simple process!
Your reservation includes the entire day for set-up, starting at 9AM. through 10PM. You choose a six-hour block of time for the actual event, starting from the time your guests are expected to enter, through cleanup, until you are ready to leave. Extra time is billed hourly after 10pm. On Mondays-Thursdays, we also have an hourly option, as well as a reduced price daily rental.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all balance payments made according to the payment schedule, are non-refundable. Total fees are due 2 months prior to event date. Cancellation after the 2 month final deadline forfeits all rental fees except damage deposit.
Our base starting rate on Friday-Sunday includes tables & chairs, access to the facility all day starting 9AM-10PM. Our lowest starting rate is Monday-Friday, and includes tables & chairs, 4 hours access to the facility.
We have NO exclusive vendors at all! We provide a suggestion list, but couples are welcome to do their own catering if they choose, and are free to choose any vendor.
