A 6 hour rental (half day access). Idea for micro weddings or just your reception. Special event permit available for an additional nominal fee. Bar set up & licensing fee required if any alcohol will be served. In house bartending staff only - no outside bartending allowed. Additional staff (bartender, security, coordinator) available at $25 per hour.

The Social - 12 hour

Off-peak pricing $1,860
Ideal for full weddings that require some time to decorate. Bar set up fee ($150) required if serving alcohol. Available bartenders for $25/hour. Available security guard (required with any alcohol service) for $25/hour. No catering restrictions! Choose from available decorations upon request. Additional staff (bartender, security, coordinator) available at $25 per hour. (We will scale based on your guest count).

Stunning venue and professional staff
This venue is an absolute gem. The owner and staff really go above and beyond to make your special event come to life. We had an incredible time and made lasting memories. We definitely will be back for other special events!

I can’t express how great my experience was. Bella was the coolest person I’ve met in a long time. Working in the service industry I know how hard it is to handle large parties but with Bella it was a breeze. Her organization, enthusiasm, cool vibe not to mention her comedic timing and unforgettably magnetic personality was an instant pleasure to be around. My mom brings up how fun that night was all the time when we talk on the phone. These people running this place want the people visiting to feel at home and care. I rarely write reviews but if I could entice anyone to check it out please do! It’s gonna be a great experience and tell Bella “Kador the destroyer “ says hello :)
55-Person Ceremony and Reception
We had our 55-person wedding ceremony and reception at Rae Loft, and couldn’t be happier with how the evening went. Emily, the owner, was also our day-of coordinator (and has years of experience as an event planner), which made our planning process much easier given that we had not hired a wedding planner. Emily was thorough and dedicated to helping us realize our vision. She went above and beyond with decorating the event space, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring things ran smoothly. Many guests commented upon how beautiful the venue was and the lovely floral arrangements (which Emily arranged). We can’t imagine having pulled this wedding off without Emily’s help. We highly recommend Rae Loft and Emily’s coordination services to anyone wanting to host a special event! Thank you Emily for the dedication and care that you put into our day!
A pretty perfect venue
Just got married at the Rae Loft a week ago and I am still feeling dreamy about how beautiful it was. It is this perfect blend of formal and casual. Everyone felt comfortable there. And Emily for runs the space makes planning an event so very easy. And the rental fees are beyond reasonable. I can’t recommend this venue enough!
