Springwater Lakes Estate offers an incredibly unique location to exchange wedding vows and celebrate significant moments. An extraordinary 16-acre lakeside, laidback country setting, your venue owners are in the business of creating a stress-free, one of a kind day. We offer several different picturesque ceremony areas as well as a stunning antique barn reception space.

Idyllic rustic yet elegant barn setting with skylights for ample natural lighting.

This space features a nearly 3,200 sqft indoor room and 800 sqft covered patio with additional seating space and outdoor buffet space.

    Beautiful venue with owners that care

    Stunning venue! The owners Rebekah and her husband really go above and beyond for their couples! They are one of the few vendors I met that genuinely care about your wedding as much as you do! Rebekah has such attention to detail, knowledge, and is very hardworking! This venue allows you to bring in all your outside vendors, which saves so much money! There’s no hidden fees and there’s a great bride guide that answers any questions you may have! Rebekah is also great with communication and is very timely getting back to emails, phone calls and scheduling in person tours! If you want an incredibly beautiful space that has so many unique photo opportunities, and an owner who cares about your wedding I would book this venue!

    So professional and fun!

    Rebekah a Springwater Lakes Estates is a joy to work with! She had all the answers to my crazy questions and was so on top of everything we needed every step of the way! I would highly recommend this beautiful venue!

    Wonderful PNW Wedding Venue!

    I was the MOB for a summer wedding at Springwater Lakes Estate. What an absolute dream day. The setting is gorgeous, 3 beautiful lakes and a renovated barn. The whole day ran so smoothly, Springwater’s staff really helped with everything from set up to tear down. Communication was a breeze. We got to bring in all of our own vendors and there were no hidden fees. Would highly recommend this venue for any couple looking for the ideal indoor/outdoor Oregon wedding!

Our 16-acre venue is very spacious, we can accommodate up to 175 guests in July and August. In Spring and Fall we ask that couples keep their guest count below 175. We love hosting micro weddings too!
Our venue includes chairs and tables for up to 175 guests. We do not provide linens. Our team will help with set up and tear down of tables and chairs, but we encourage couples to invite 3-4 of their best buds to assist in the process.
Of course, we do not have ANY external vendor fees – check out our Policies and Procedures on our FAQS page. to see if your favorite caterer will mesh well with our venue. We have a small refrigerator and ice machine onsite for caterer use. Please note that SLE does not provide any in-house catering services, i.e. cake cutting, bussing tables, trash service, etc.
We allow beer, wine, cider, champagne and hard alcohol when served by a licensed and insured bartender. You may bring your own alcohol. Springwater Lakes Estate does not sell alcohol. We love to connect couples with our favorite bar tenders, so just ask!
In the event of cancellation, Springwater Lake Estate requires written notice. A couple's deposit amount is non refundable as it reflects the venue owner’s inability to book another event on this date and potentially lose revenue in the event of a cancellation.
Springwater Lakes Estate offers two, wheel-chair accessible, flush restrooms with running water for guest use. Our restrooms are located right by the parking area, just a short walk (approx. 100 yds) from the barn.
Springwater Lakes Estate is happy to offer Day of Coordination services for our clients (based on availability) starting at $500 for full day coverage. Our team will work with you to build and execute your perfect wedding day timeline.
The barn at Springwater Lakes Estate is not climate controlled, therefore we only host events May thru October. When it gets a bit chilly, couples rent propane patio heaters to provide radiant heat for their guests. When it gets a bit warm, we open up the big barn doors (all 13 of them) and let the breeze in!
Springwater Lakes Estate offers couples the opportunity to host a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal prior to their wedding on location at SLE. This rehearsal time is included in the venue rental fee. For weekend weddings (Fri/Sat/Sun) rehearsals take place on the Thursday before the big day.

Yes, we have no corkage fees! You may bring beer, wine, cider and hard alcohol. Please just plan to hire an OLCC licensed bartender, or utilize our in-house bartending services (not required to use in-house services, but available as an option).
Yes, self parking is available for 75 cars+ an overflow lot!
While our barn and flush restrooms are wheelchair accessible (we have have foldable ramps at the main and side entrances available) our space is 16 acres and very spacious. Not all areas are easily accessed via wheel chair.
Your reservation includes 11 hours onsite during your event date. For weekend weddings (Fri-Sun) we also include a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the week of your wedding.
