Once childhood friends in the backstreets of Liverpool, the Emmy-winning pair would grow up to produce the primetime hit, American Idol. It was during their time on Idol, travelling between audition cities, that they first discovered Paso Robles, a wine region still under the radar. Not long after consulting with their families, Ken and Nigel purchased and began redevelopment of an old-vine property located at the northern edge of the Paso Robles AVA. Over ten years later, Villa San-Juliette has emerged as a premier wine destination on the Central Coast.

This venue was amazing! This was the first and only venue my husband and I looked at because we fell in love instantly. The workers are so friendly and always there when you have any questions (and I had A LOT). They were timely with their responses and never hid any costs. The venue was beautiful to say the least; my husband & I got married on the beach and it was everything we hoped for. Our day of coordinator, Sophie, was so sweet. The ceremony was set up perfectly after just showing her my photo inspo. Also, it’s very nice you can bring all your own decor if you please, which I did and Sophie set it up exactly how I envisioned. The reception was also beautiful in the set up with the spider draping I added to our package. The food & drinks were just as good as when we first tried them. We had a carving station and a chicken option, along with the fan favorite, tortellini. The vendors they use were also so helpful and sweet and met all of our needs! Our friends had a fantastic time, some saying the best wedding they’ve attended! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding and it was all thanks to Carmel Fields!

Spread over 25 acres of gardens, The Brothers Ranch features palms, tropical flowers, and bamboo that helps transport couples and their guests to another place. This lush landscape serves to enhance a couple’s wedding theme and is complete with a refurbished courtyard and barn. The Brothers Ranch has multiple ceremony and reception areas to choose from, both inside and out. In addition, there is a bar, full kitchen, and designated dressing rooms, along with the sensory-indulging gardens. Up to 400 people can gather at this venue. Soon-to-be-weds can choose their own caterer to be approved by the ranch, allowing the pair to customize their day to their tastes and preferences. Parking is available, with overflow as well. There is only one event planned per day, and the couple has the day before and after the event for setting and cleaning up. The staff is eager to help couples achieve the wedding day they have always wanted!

My husband and I decided to get married At Brothers Ranch this last June for multiple reasons : Venue: the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The ranch is surrounded by tall bamboo and tropical florals/plants, making you feel like you’re somewhere in the tropics. We held our ceremony in the garden and had our reception in a modernized indoor/outdoor area that was alongside the garden area. There’s a beautiful encircled area in the bamboo garden where couples do first looks. Very intimate. The venue was spacious enough to occupy all of our guests and had room to spread out all events between ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself so ideally you don’t need much decoration. Flexibility: We booked the venue for the entire weekend Friday- Sunday, which was very helpful as we didn’t feel rushed getting items to and from venue before and even after the wedding. We were able to set up and drop off most items on Friday and had time for rehearsal & had the luxury of picking everything up on Sunday so we weren’t rushed the night of our wedding. Most venues have required vendors however here at brothers ranch we were provided a list of preferred vendors however had the option of selecting our own vendors, with owners review. Owners: being able to work with the owners directly really sold us. Both Jonathan and Jessie are so kind, humble, and truly great individuals. From the very beginning, they both were very attentive to all questions, tours, and assistance as much as possible. I really respected how they wanted to ideally assist and make things as smooth as possible so truly all you have to do is enjoy your wedding day (allowing Friday and Sunday to prep and clean up). All in all we highly recommend both The Brothers Ranch as a venue for any event (especially weddings) and working with Jonathan and Jessie. You will not be disappointed as both the venue and couple truly made my wedding dreams come to life

Literally do not have words for the professionalism, attentiveness, care & love that pours out from Mischa and her team. If you’re looking for a wedding planner - your search is over. Hiring Paige was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding, and I promise you’ll be impressed by her work too. We hired Paige about a year and a half before our wedding date, and we had absolutely no idea where to start. Throughout the entire process, Paige was patient with our questions, enthusiastic to help us achieve our goals and our outlandish ideas (whilst also helping us keep realistic on what was possible) and always went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Paige managed all of the vendor communications for us, which was a massive help whilst we juggled our full-time jobs and other commitments. Reflecting on the experience now, there is no way we could have found our vendors (who were absolutely phenomenal and largely sourced and recommended by Paige’s expertise) and managed the communication with them half as well as she did for us. She kept the entire wedding planning progressing, helped us work through difficult challenges as they arose, and became our number one confidant and trusted friend throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, Paige was incredible. She was like a blur being everywhere at once, making sure guests, vendors and ourselves were properly cared for throughout the day (she brought us food and drinks, learned how to weave our table decorations (literally because I saw it on Pinterest), fluffed my train… she literally did it all!!). There was absolutely nothing we had to worry about or “sort” on the day as her team had everything completely in hand. She was incredibly professional and continued to go above and beyond for us, and we never once saw her without a beaming smile. It’s clear that Paige loves her job, and she invests every ounce of passion into ensuring her clients weddings are world class. Paige is the most down-to-earth, bubbly and supportive wedding planners we could have ever have hoped for. I am SO grateful for all of the wisdom, time and passion and patience she shared with us. I’m sure there’s hundreds of more testimonies just like ours, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. If we ever planned our wedding again, she would be a non-negotiable part of our day.

The setting is spectacular. We had 80 guests who came from all over and we had a beautiful October evening wedding. We were married in the driveway overlooking the San Juan Valley and Gablan Mountains, had our reception in the courtyard, and dinner by the pool. We brought in our own vendors (caterers, dj, photographer, florist) and MVR was very accommodating - always there to help, but not in the way. Our guests really enjoyed the town of San Juan and access to the Monterey Penninsula. We made a weekend of it! Best day ever.

My partner and I were looking to have a small elopement at City Hall in SF. If you know, you know- it’s a beautiful building with a ton of epic photo opportunities but difficult to navigate being a public space with a lot of other people walking around (and getting married). We ended up navigating it quite seamlessly angling everything perfectly to make it appear as if we were the only ones there for every photo. She did not hesitate to step in and direct, which was very helpful. Our wedding took place in October and our color scheme was a moody fall pallet- Sabine made sure the tones of the photos matched this and definitely gave a special vibe that enhanced the photos in the perfect way. I recently threw a large outdoor event. The weather was perfect. The food was great. Lovely enthusiastic crowd etc but honestly, the star of the show was the flowers. Spy Goat Farm provided the most gorgeous vibrant fresh overflowing bouquets of the most beautiful exciting flowers I have ever seen. Everybody talked about the flowers!!! Teri, the owner/ grower is flexible, easy to deal with, reasonably priced and she creates masterpieces with flowers. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!!!!

We are so thrilled that we hired 831 Catering for our wedding! Joseph, Kimberly, and their team were so great to work with and the food was incredible! We had a small, backyard family wedding of about 50 people, and everyone was so happy with their meals. We interviews a couple of local caters, and we were very impressed with Joseph and his recommdations for a menu. We had a grazing board, seasonal salads, steak (best steak ever!), fish, veggie pasta, seasonal vegetables, mashed pototoes, and small desert cakes. Joseph and Kimberly were such great people and so fantastic to work with. They made our whole day stress free. They arrived with their own set up and we can't recommend them enough!
