“We got married in October in the OC, and hiring the Joyfully team to help us plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We went with the full-service package as my partner and I both work pretty demanding jobs. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.”

“We had an amazing experience with Sun & Daughter Events! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, timely, and friendly. She kept us on track with our schedule and attended all of our meetings, as well as the wedding rehearsal. Not only did she lead the rehearsal seamlessly, but she also executed the procession beautifully. We received countless compliments from friends, family, and even other vendors about how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her expertise. I received a text from my florist stating, “She’s great by the way. There’s a lot of terrible ones. She’s a good one.” Aside from all the bigger tasks she also took care of so many “smaller tasks” (that were actually quite a lot!) and made sure everything was done to perfection. Her creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined on our own. Her great communication and time management ensured us a stress-free planning. She was prompt, clear, and kept us in the loop on every detail. She communicated with the venue staff throughout the entire process and worked incredibly well with everyone involved, which made everything run seamlessly. She was extremely organized, reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure that all necessary documents for the venue were submitted on time and coordinating set-up times, locations, and details with everyone involved. On our big day, she arrived with so much enthusiasm. From the morning until the very end, she worked her butt off to ensure everything was going well. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. She also checked in on us regularly to make sure we were doing okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a perfect day, and we owe it all to her! Although it wasn’t part of her job, she took it upon herself to capture some of our special moments during the day and shared those pictures with us afterward. Love her genuine care about our style and budget, her effective communication, her attention to details, especially her efforts to go extra mile to ensure a perfect wedding. Besides arranging flowers, Joey also helped with cake decoration, table card distribution, seating chart placement with her own mirror and waxing seals etc., leaving us full peace of mind before and during the wedding day. She didn’t charge extra labor cost for loading/unloading, unlike other florists we quoted, and we need to thank her husband for the logistics part too! Joey also solved the emergency caused by the church runner I bought. Luckily she offered to help set up the runner and found about the wrong size the day before she took the folded runner out for ironing. Although I didn’t use her service as planner or coordinator of the wedding, I can tell how awesome she will be when she wears those hats. “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. All the vendors and our bridal party knew our plan and timeline the week before our wedding. I did make minor changes last minute but Erin helped communicate those to the vendors. “I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. “I reached out to Kelly a couple months before our wedding weekend searching for someone to help alleviate the stress of planning and setting up for our untraditional wedding weekend and Kelly/Kllr Events was my first and only call! We planned an intimate ceremony at Crystal Cove on Saturday night and then a reception party Sunday afternoon. From our initial consultation call, Kelly was eager and excited to help bring our visions to life. Kelly was super prompt and clear with communication. She didn’t overwhelm us and offered her insight and expertise to help us develop timelines that were complete and met our needs and goals. I had no stress about logistics leading up to the weekend. Both the ceremony and the reception could not have been more perfect! There were lots of DIY elements for decor (I didn’t have a florist) and Kelly’s set up and coordination was everything I had hoped for!
