Given her role as day-of coordinator (versus wedding planner for us), we really drove the process and she helped close any gaps (of which there were many for us!). Alex (and Hannah!) did day-of-coordination for us and having her input and advice the months leading up to our wedding was AMAZING. Any issue we had, Alex was there to talk us through it and give guidance. We would only have to describe something to her once and she would "just get it" and be able to execute flawlessly. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. One of our only regret in working with Alex was that we didn't just have her do full-planning for us. Cannot recommend Redwood's enough, you'll be in the most experienced and safest hands possible.”

“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. “The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. “Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”
