Hi, my name is Savanna Koenig, owner of Rustic Rose Events. Rustic Rose Events is a wedding and events business that has been a dream of mine since I was 16 yrs. Old. Now 8 years later my dream has become a reality and I have been assisting brides all around Wisconsin for the past two years helping them plan their perfect wedding day, including planning every detail of my own wedding in May of 2023. I look forward to assisting you with your wedding or event needs.

    Day-of Coordination perfection!

    Savanna & her mom were AMAZING as our day-of coordination team!! They always say you won't regret booking a coordinator for your wedding and we couldn't agree more! Savanna was very organized and we had no hesitations trusting her to help with every aspect of the wedding, from set-up to to take down at the end of the night! It was so wonderful having someone there to assist with the little things that would come up throughout the day so that my husband & I could just enjoy our day! You can really tell Savanna & her team have a passion for helping others execute their dream wedding & I would highly recommend them for your upcoming wedding!

    Great experience

    I had a great experience with Savannah and her partner on my wedding day. We just wanted a day of coordinator to help with set up and take down, but Savannah reached out multiple times leading up to the wedding to help with anything needed. On the day of, she even went back to the hotel to get my second dress that was forgotten. She is very budget friendly, super nice, and was incredibly helpful the day of! I would for sure recommend!

    Savanna is your girl!

    Savanna was absolutely incredible, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. From the very beginning of the day, she set everything up perfectly—every detail from our set up instructions was perfect, and even better than we imagined. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. Her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made such a difference throughout the entire day. At the end of the night, she went above and beyond by getting every little thing cleaned up in time, making the whole process seamless for us and our families. We are so grateful for her hard work and dedication—she truly made our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. Absolutely hire Savanna, she is amazing!

    Super helpful

    Savanna was super helpful on our wedding day! She helped make sure things were running smoothly and on time. I was able to hand over all the wedding day details. She was also super helpful with organizing/guiding everyone to the ceremony site and making sure I wasn’t seen by the groom, etc. I’m so glad I had her help on my wedding day!

    Truly an invaluable addition to your big day

    I can't say enough good things about Savanna and Olivia's help at our wedding October 19! Between corralling our ridiculously ADD wedding party at the rehearsal, helping us keep track of the timeline throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and getting everything in place and moved between the ceremony area and the reception hall, they were absolute life-savers. Truly worth every penny and then some! If you're nervous about your wedding not going smoothly for any reason, you will absolutely not regret booking Rustic Rose to make your big day the best it possibly can be.

Every event that Rustic Rose Events does you will get myself Savanna Koenig and my assistant! I also have other team members for bigger events with certain services!
Rustic Rose Events offers more then just weddings, please share what your looking for so we can plan your special event.
Rustic Rose Events typically only books one event a weekend.
Once you book with Rustic Rose Events every couple months the planner will reach out to check in. A zoom meeting will be scheduled to discuss event details and a final meeting will be planned for 2 weeks before wedding.
