somnio studio is a wedding and event production studio based in Bozeman, Montana and Madison, Wisconsin, specializing in local and destination experiences. We design, plan and produce wildly personal and intentional weddings and events for those who choose the unexpected. Whether an off-grid glamping wedding weekend, a corporate offsite, a product launch, or an intimate elopement, we will collaborate with you to tell your story and make sure every detail is seamlessly taken care of. We offer full service and a la carte planning for couples anywhere, as well as month-of coordination in Montana and Wisconsin.

Before starting somnio studio in 2024, we worked together for 6 years at Outstanding in the Field, producing luxury dining events around the world. Together we have planned over 500 events spanning 5 continents, 16 countries and 36 states. With a combined 20 years of experience in the event industry, we know the things to expect, the questions to ask, and how to be your guide throughout the entire process. We can't wait to collaborate!

Full planning pricing is all-inclusive; you let us know what you're looking for, and we take care of every detail. We are here to collaborate as much as you want, or if you prefer to be pretty hands off, that works too!

Couples can pick and choose how they'd like to utilize our services - we can do almost any our services on an a la carte basis. Need help just with vendor suggestions and contract review? Or perhaps just support for transportation to the venue and guest accommodation? We've got you.

We have planned events in 36 states, 16 countries and 5 continents. Destination experiences are where we shine. Destination event pricing is all inclusive.

    Wedding Planning Dream Team

    Emily & Lydia at Somnio Studio are the perfect duo for your wedding or event! They were an absolute dream to work with and made every step a breeze, from the beginning planning to every moment of our big day. We genuinely looked forward to our calls with them because they were not only productive and efficient, they were such a treat to talk with. Any time we went into a call felling stressed or overwhelmed, we left with excitement and relief after speaking with them. My partner and I always felt like Lydia & Emily had everything under control and were so thankful for all of their help along the way. They made our dream wedding come true and there is no chance we could have done it without them!

    Lydia and Emily with somnio studio are the type of planners you want helping you with your wedding or event. They are thoughtful, highly communicative and experienced, and curate talented teams to make the event happen with fun, precision, and fluidity.     Exceptional Attention to Detail & Fun to Work With

    Somnio Studio flawlessly coordinated one of our venue’s most challenging (and spectacular) weddings this past summer. I was impressed by their attention to countless details, how they navigated a long roster of vendors, and interacted with my staff both professionally, and with a sense of humor. Emily & Lydia are the founders and lead producers of somnio studio. You will be working directly with both of us throughout the duration of your planning process, although one of us will be the lead planner. Guest count depending, we'll bring in a team of trusted producers to help us execute all the details during the celebration day.
Absolutely! We are open to facilitating any other events surrounding the wedding. We are not limited to weddings and love to plan corporate and social events, unique culinary experiences, and multi-day experiences such as incentive trips or company offsites.

Outdoor dining experiences (the more remote or off-grid, the better) are our expertise, we are certainly not limited to this. We love an intimate mountaintop elopement, a girl's trip weekend getaway, a product launch or brand pop up. We are here to make any of your experience ideas come to life.
