Kaitlyn's personal style is very BOHO meets eclectic! She is a bright & outgoing person who loves to be around people. Kaitlyn loves to spend her time in coffee shops & thrift store shopping. Kaitlyn's favorite color is sage green and her usual coffee order is a honey vanilla latte with oat milk. Kaitlyn has been coordinating weddings since 2018. Since 2012, Event Crush has been the go-to resource for all things wedding planning, coordination, + event design in Eugene, Oregon and the surrounding areas. No event is too big or too small for our team to bring to life.

I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings (from full planning to day-of coordination), a large gala for non-profits, an annual fundraiser, a memorial service (for 300+ guests) and a surprise birthday party.
