Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! We couldn’t have done it without her!!

TLDR: My friends and parents told me "brides don't get to remember their wedding because it's too stressful". I remember EVERYTHING thanks to Allyssa and so do my family and friends. It was an amazing flawless experience strictly due to her. We purchased the full package wedding planning as my husband and I are both physicians, and boy was it worth the . She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. She thinks of everything, is somehow everywhere at all times, and has everything under control. She is calm, cool and collected under pressure; which is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day. On top of being all this , she is a great person. She is so nice, funny, and friendly! I loved hanging out with her during the process. My husband couldn't make it to many of the planning appointments, so Allyssa went with me!! It's like having a best friend come along who also has great taste and knows everyone. If you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner, the answer is simple--HIRE ALLYSSA. If you want to remember every detail of your wedding--HIRE ALLYSSA. And, in my case, if you want there to be any wedding at all--HIRE ALLYSSA. I just love her!

TL;DR: Hire Rachel. Seriously! If you’re wondering whether a day-of-coordinator is worth it, the answer is yes. If we could go back we would have allocated more funds towards her for full-planning services! The best way we can describe Rachel is this: she is a problem solver. She sees issues before they become problems, handles challenges without creating stress for the couple, and does it with a cheerful attitude. There are undoubtedly dozens of things she handled that we will never be aware of because she took care of them before they ever reached us. One thing that stood out to us was how universally praised she was by literally everyone involved in our wedding. Our families, friends, officiant, venue staff, audio technician, caterer, reception coordinator, DJ, and ceremony venue owner/director all took time to tell us how fantastic she was. We GENUINELY heard as many compliments about Rachel as we did about the wedding itself! lol. Some Examples: - She took over converting our ceremony song selections into a format our sound technician could use. What would have been a huge last minute project for the bride wasn’t even an inconvenience because Rachel simply took it on. - At the rehearsal, she managed to keep everyone focused. Despite our families and wedding party being, admittedly, not always the easiest group to wrangle. - We realized at the last minute that we had forgotten to charge our camcorder for the ceremony. Rachel didn’t miss a beat, she got the camera charged, positioned it, and had it ready in time to press play for us. Because of her we can relive our ceremony. - She independently improved our pre-ceremony popcorn stand. Rachel happily filled the popcorn boxes. But ALSO coordinated with the venue owner/director to source display stands that made it look far better and more professional than we envisioned. - She personally distributed bouquets and boutonnieres, and helped pin them! - Rachel coordinated directly with the reception venue so we could avoid entering through a crowded public area. Instead we were able to have a private arrival to our cocktail hour. This was something we never would have found for ourselves and it made a huge difference in our experience. - We got stuck in the crowd durring our reception enterance. Rachel, without skipping a beat, got ahead of us to make a path so that we could continue with the festivities. What would have been a weird moment for us, went smoothly because of her. - We had unexpected guest cancellations that left an entire table empty just before the reception. She found a fix to disguise the table and none of our attending guests even noticed the issue. - She also managed to magically keep our drinks refilled through the night guys!! We never even went to the bar because Rachel personally ensured we always had a drink in hand. - She even found time to play part-time photographer for us! Rachel took it upon herself to capture our big moments. She absolutely did not have to do that, but it speaks to how invested she was in making sure we had the best possible experience. -At the end of the night, Rachel handled collecting decor and loading everything into the appropriate vehicles. Which let us soak in the precious last moments of our wedding. If you’re wondering if Rachel is worth the investment, we promise she is. Book her! It is a gift to yourself. You deserve ease, peace, and the ability to be present on your wedding day. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

We worked with Jazmin and she was so organized and joined calls with all of our vendors leading up to our wedding. Day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly and coordinated all of the moving parts. We asked her to help us find a videographer 2 weeks before the wedding with a limited budget for it and she found us an awesome videographer who was available and willing to work within our budget. Jazmin was awesome to work with and I would recommend Luna & Co to all brides to be or anyone hosting an event!

When I first started to plan our wedding I was not sure I needed a wedding coordinator but boy was I wrong! Having Lyss for our big day was a game changer. She handled so much- from helping keeping every timeline on track, to setting up decor, to steaming dresses and providing Bobby pins to bridesmaids, my niece ripped her dress and she pulls out a sewing kit and helps fix it, she even saved me with deodorant at one point throughout the day. Another thing I loved is that she took pictures behind the scenes so the next morning when I woke up I had pictures to look back on instead of waiting weeks for my photographers photos. She helped my family with clean up at the end of the night too. She never missed a beat and made it where myself and my family members weren’t running around completing tasks and could actually enjoy the day. Eili is exceptional in wedding coordination! She is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and very giving of her time! She made me feel very at-ease during the last few weeks leading up to the wedding! She went above and beyond “normal” coordinator duties! To name just a couple examples, she was there the ENTIRE wedding day (whereas most coordinators are present for a few hours and charge more for extra time), she was extremely communicative with vendors, personally picked up my decor so I wouldn’t have to transport it to the venue, decorated my entire venue beautifully, and even took videos of special moments throughout the day! On the day of, our coordinator wrangled so much to keep everything running smoothly and the staff weren't afraid to go with the flow when we needed them to. One of our favorite moments was watching our videographer take such good care of us—he even carried my plate at dinner so I could enjoy the moment without worrying about logistics. Their attention to detail and great vibes made our day really special, and we felt so supported the entire time. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple planning a wedding in St. Louis. The photographers and videographer were so fun when we were off doing our couple photos. The DJ and Photo Booth made the reception so much fun. It was such a great day! (The photo is one I snagged when the groomsmen were getting photos taken, they used the space super well!)

We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on.
