I've had a chance to work with them on a wedding that we've personally Dj'ed and they are very structured and made the venue look really nice and Chaneyll she is very friendly and easy to work with. The designs that they can put together is really phenomenal something I've never seen with the other few people I've worked with. We hired Chaneyll for her 8-week wedding management package, and she did an excellent job bringing everything together leading up to and on our wedding day. Her biggest strengths are her attention to detail, organization, and timing. We had multiple guests tell us this was the most organized and on-time wedding they had ever attended. Many also told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and Chaneyll and her assistant absolutely played a part in making that happen. There were a lot of moving parts throughout the day, and they stayed on top of everything while keeping the wedding moving according to schedule. The one thing we would have handled differently was allowing a little more flexibility around photography. Gathering family for photos during cocktail hour was difficult, and our first-look photos were cut shorter than we would have preferred as the venue opened to guests. While we understand the importance of staying on schedule, as the couple, we would have preferred to prioritize getting those photos and allow guests to wait a few additional minutes if necessary. Overall, Chaneyll was detailed, organized, responsive, and committed to making sure our wedding ran smoothly. The day was incredibly well executed, and we appreciate the role she and her assistant played in making our wedding such a great experience.

She didn’t take long to contact me after I sent her an inquiry on her website. Her customer service was top tier and her decorating style had my party looking luxurious.
