Our absolute joy is to make all your wedding dreams come true. Trinity is a social worker and has over a decade of experience planning weddings and parties, conferences, working in nonprofit operations, and creating inclusive spaces.

Our advocacy and conflict-resolution skills become part of your toolkit. We keep resources available to all our couples like ceremony templates, playlists, and FAQs about venue tours. We pride ourselves on creating inclusive plans and thinking through all the details you may overlook. We will help you navigate the decision fatigue that comes with wedding planning. Description

This package is best for couples looking for guidance through the wedding process and ready to trust a coordinator with recommendations, design, and planning. Full Planning includes full support through vendor selection and management, overall event design and theme support, venue/site visits, wedding timeline creation and execution, budget and expense support, at least 2 coordinators onsite for up to 12 hours, and rehearsal coordination.

This package includes planning services specific to your elopement or micro wedding, including day-of coordination, event design, and timeline planning. This package is best for events with less than 50 guests.

We will work together to create a seamless day-of timeline and I will coordinate your wedding party and VIP guests, vendors, and venues on the day of your wedding.

    Calm and detail oriented coordinator

    We hired Trinity and team for the day-of coordination package and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a professional and careful coordinator to help bring their event to life. Trinity brought an even keeled and deliberate approach to the final months of planning that truly helped everything come together perfectly. Her advice was always spot on and she consistently thought of questions we would otherwise have missed in conversations with our vendors. We loved the biweekly check ins leading up to our day, and she was always responsive over email or text. For the rehearsal and day of, everything went so smoothly with her and Allison leading setup, staffing, and tear down. We truly credit them for an absolutely seamless and carefree day as the bride and groom. Plus, Trinity and Allison were just great energy to be around! They lowered stress rather than added it and made sure all our cues and transitions went as we imagined. Thank you, TGE!

    Day-of-coordinator

    If you’re looking for an engaging, professional team to bring your wedding vision to life, look no further! I had the pleasure of working with Trinity Griffin Events (TGE) for day-of coordination at my wedding last October, and the experience was outstanding. My primary coordinator was Nikki, with Trinity serving as my secondary coordinator—both were incredible. Our package included support starting 90 days before the wedding, helping my husband and me stay organized and on track as the big day approached. That guidance made a huge difference in easing stress throughout the planning process. TGE also handled the setup and breakdown of our décor, which allowed me, my family, and friends to stay fully present and enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics. From our very first meeting through post-wedding follow-up, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth truly stood out. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose TGE in a heartbeat!

    Bride and Groom

    Amazing experience from start to finish! Trinity was recommended by a friend of mine, who is also in the wedding business in the STL area, and she did not disappoint. Trinity was warm and welcoming and always was ready to lend an ear. With a very intricate outdoor wedding, she stayed organized and help facilitate vendor meetings as we planned this from 300 miles away. Trinity went to the property and made phone calls with suggestions and questions as I was unable to make it down to meet her personally. On the day of the wedding, her team was on time, professional and three steps ahead of where we expected. It was 105 degrees on our wedding day and her and her team did not flinch to make sure everything went off without a hitch, all while carrying a smile on their faces. I don't think any event is too small or too large for Trinity to handle, she is a MUST HIRE for any event that you plan to execute.

    AMAZING

    I'm horribly late in writing this review, but real life/non- wedding things got in the way after the fact. Trinity and Nikki were absolutely amazing. I'm so incredibly glad we went with them, after interviewing a few other potential planners. They understood our weird and wacky vision. They were on top of things- regarding timeline day of and timelines leading up to things. They really stayed on top of us and on top of other vendors to be sure everything was ready to go. We had a surprise issue. Our hotel, where we were going to do day of getting read, staying the night before and night of the wedding, suddenly closed it doors without warning less than a month before the wedding. Nikki and Trinity were ON IT. We had back up plans ready to go, calls out to other hotels to see if there were blocks/availabilities. Friday we were freaking out. By Monday we were all set with a new hotel. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Please book them. You will NOT regret it.


Trinity Griffin Events has a wonderful team! Trinity is the owner and lead coordinator for most weddings and events. Nikki is a coordinator specializing in Day-Of Coordination. When needed, we also work closely with other contractors and coordinators to make sure all of our events are supported.
Yes! We love other events and parties as much as we love weddings. Those packages are fully custom and created just for you.
