From zero vision to the best 3 days of our lives
We booked Charley with Rice and Co almost immediately after getting engaged in fall 2024, and our wedding didn't take place until May 30, 2026 - so we had over a year and a half to work with her. Looking back, that timeline made all the difference in how well she got to know us as a couple. When we started, we were fresh out of undergrad, living hours away from friends and family, and had absolutely no idea where we wanted to get married, what we wanted the day to look like, or even when we wanted it to happen. Charley took all of that uncertainty and turned it into a clear, refined vision that ended up being exactly what we wanted - even though we couldn't have articulated it ourselves at the start. Having her connections and experience in our corner made an enormous difference. On the actual wedding day, the last thing you want is for a Plan B (or C, D, all the way to H) to throw you off. Charley and her team handled every single hiccup behind the scenes, so we never had to make a decision or even find out something had gone wrong. Our wedding turned into a three-day celebration with our favorite people, and it was everything we wanted and more. If you're early in your engagement and feel overwhelmed by all the unknowns, Charley is exactly who you need.

Wedding Planning that Takes the Stress Off
I am writing this review both as an employee of Rice and Co., but also as another wedding vendor. The thought Charley puts into her clients to ensure that nobody involved has any extra stress on them is truly incredible. From the time we enter a wedding until the time we leave, Charley is level-headed, calm, and organized. I cannot recommend her services enough!

Small but Mighty
Charlie is incredible!! She was my voice when I needed. And ensured our wedding though small was absolutely everything i dreamed it would be!! I felt beautiful and the decor and reception was everything we wanted!! Cozy, whimsical and went off without a hitch!! Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect!!

Rice Co. Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear, timely, and prompt, which was so appreciated as we navigated all the details. They brought a creative, proactive approach and paid close attention to every aspect, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. When things didn't go exactly as planned (weather wise), they had amazing ideas on the spot to address any challenges. The Best Investment!
As a wedding photographer, I work with tons of different vendors. Some of which, truly stand out - like Charley Rice. Charley and her team were phenomenal! They are so easy to work with, so welcoming, and SO detailed. My assistant and I were in awe of their photographer packet that was emailed prior to the wedding! It outlined the entire day for us perfectly. Sometimes, as a photographer, we are expected to lead the day and it can be a huge weight while trying to also document the day to the fullest extent. Having Charley and her team was like a breath of fresh air. I was able to talk through any hiccups with Charley and didn’t feel like the day was on my shoulders - her team wholeheartedly lead the entire day. If you are in the market for a wedding coordinator…. Look no further. Charley Rice is the best investment!
