Hey there! Welcome to Lebeaux weddings and events. I'm a Day of Coordinator with 7 years of experience in the St. Louis Wedding biz. I'm here to take ahold of your existing plans and turn them into a stress-free reality. I love to talk through your vision, reach out and we can set up a quick call or email to discuss further.

I'm an artist and previous DJ! Before coordinating I spent years as a wedding DJ. I know all about what the vendors need and what will work best for them. I'm also used to running the event and herding the cats. As an artist I provide the creative solutions and vision to make sure everything is perfect while you are relaxing and getting ready. You can trust me to make things look good. I think of all the little details to optimize everything you have already worked hard on.

Description

I'm there to execute your pre-existing plan and use my years experience to advise. We start chatting two months out from your day, with email and phone any time. Day of, you have me 6 hours on top of your event time. Usually between 10-12 hours. I will organize vendors, direct and assist set up and tear down. I'm also available for a run-through at rehearsal dinner. You can always add time on top as well.

    The best investment we made for our wedding!

    TL;DR: Hire Rachel. Seriously! If you’re wondering whether a day-of-coordinator is worth it, the answer is yes. If we could go back we would have allocated more funds towards her for full-planning services! The best way we can describe Rachel is this: she is a problem solver. She sees issues before they become problems, handles challenges without creating stress for the couple, and does it with a cheerful attitude. There are undoubtedly dozens of things she handled that we will never be aware of because she took care of them before they ever reached us. One thing that stood out to us was how universally praised she was by literally everyone involved in our wedding. Our families, friends, officiant, venue staff, audio technician, caterer, reception coordinator, DJ, and ceremony venue owner/director all took time to tell us how fantastic she was. We GENUINELY heard as many compliments about Rachel as we did about the wedding itself! lol. Some Examples: - She took over converting our ceremony song selections into a format our sound technician could use. What would have been a huge last minute project for the bride wasn’t even an inconvenience because Rachel simply took it on. - At the rehearsal, she managed to keep everyone focused. Despite our families and wedding party being, admittedly, not always the easiest group to wrangle. - We realized at the last minute that we had forgotten to charge our camcorder for the ceremony. Rachel didn’t miss a beat, she got the camera charged, positioned it, and had it ready in time to press play for us. Because of her we can relive our ceremony. - She independently improved our pre-ceremony popcorn stand. Rachel happily filled the popcorn boxes. But ALSO coordinated with the venue owner/director to source display stands that made it look far better and more professional than we envisioned. - She personally distributed bouquets and boutonnieres, and helped pin them! - Rachel coordinated directly with the reception venue so we could avoid entering through a crowded public area. Instead we were able to have a private arrival to our cocktail hour. This was something we never would have found for ourselves and it made a huge difference in our experience. - We got stuck in the crowd durring our reception enterance. Rachel, without skipping a beat, got ahead of us to make a path so that we could continue with the festivities. What would have been a weird moment for us, went smoothly because of her. - We had unexpected guest cancellations that left an entire table empty just before the reception. She found a fix to disguise the table and none of our attending guests even noticed the issue. - She also managed to magically keep our drinks refilled through the night guys!! We never even went to the bar because Rachel personally ensured we always had a drink in hand. - She even found time to play part-time photographer for us! Rachel took it upon herself to capture our big moments. She absolutely did not have to do that, but it speaks to how invested she was in making sure we had the best possible experience. -At the end of the night, Rachel handled collecting decor and loading everything into the appropriate vehicles. Which let us soak in the precious last moments of our wedding. If you’re wondering if Rachel is worth the investment, we promise she is. Book her! It is a gift to yourself. You deserve ease, peace, and the ability to be present on your wedding day. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

    We booked with Rachel about a month before our big day, and even though we didn’t work together for very long, she made SUCH a difference for our whole experience! She’s so kind, super communicative and supportive with whatever we need, and friends/family who attended our wedding described her as being “everywhere where you might need her.” I’d recommend Rachel and Lebeaux Weddings in a heartbeat for anyone who needs day-of services!

    A Perfectly Planned Experience

    Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.

    Rachel is the best!!

    Rachel is amazing!! From our first call, she was very detail oriented, organized, and supportive. We did the day of coordinating package, and I felt so calm the month leading up to our wedding because I was so confident that Rachel would be able to keep things running smoothing. On our wedding day, the set up was seamless, and the day ran perfectly thanks to Rachel! She was available, engaged, and ready to help with everything. Many of our guest complimented us on how professional and kind she was. Out of all of our vendors, Rachel stands out as someone we can’t imagine our day without and will recommend to other couples.

    Lebeaux Weddings was excellent in every way. From the beginning, Rachel was communicative, got back to us quickly, gave great advice, and took ample notes to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. Rachel made sure we had a stress-free day by introducing herself to our vendors and communicating with them regularly, tackling any issues that arose, and assisting in a variety of capacities with decor, vendors, ceremony coordination, and more. Rachel is a real pleasure to be around. She was able to keep everyone on schedule and ensure a smoothly run event, so my husband and I could truly enjoy our wedding. I started out on the vendor side as a DJ! Since 2018 I have been DJ'ing weddings and in 2021 I started my own business where I added on a coordination service. My DJ experience translated so well into coordinating/planning because I had already worked with tons of other vendors, I knew exactly how to make a timeline work and keep large groups of people engaged and having fun, and I was already great at working with couples and making their vision come to life.
