How many DJ's do you have on your staff?

We currently have 7 regularly working DJs on our staff but only book up to 5 events in one night. This allows us to have at least one back up DJ on call even on nights when we are booked solid. Also, our DJ's are employed by us and work exclusively for us. We do not sub-contract other DJs or companies to provide services for us.

What do you wear?

We don't have a required attire for our DJs other than to be neatly groomed and formally dressed for the occasion. All of our DJs are astute professionals who always look their best when providing the music and service for your wedding day.

Do you provide other services, such as lighting or photo booths?

Accepted Answer

Our deluxe sound system packages come with very nice dance floor lighting. We do also provide optional room décor up lighting. Other than this, we provide DJ/MC and music services for weddings and ceremonies only. We choose to stay focused on what we do best and leave the other wedding vendor options to those professionals who have the most consistent experience in those areas of service.

Do you take music requests from the guests?

This is always up to the customer. Some customers prefer we do and others prefer we don't. Whatever you decide in this regard is exactly the way the DJ will handle playing yours, and your guests requests.

How big is your music library?

Accepted Answer

We use a media system called Denon Engine Prime. We have subscriptions for every one of our units to the music app Tidal, which is 100% compatible directly with our media players. The DJ literally has millions of songs at his fingertips to mix from. Tidal is also the highest quality music service offering true lossless HiFi, which is considered CD quality. In addition, we have nearly 25,000 of the all-time best and most current hits installed on the hard drive of our systems. So even in the event that a Wifi signal is not available at your location, the DJ still has all of these songs which does not require an external source.

How early do you come to set up?

The DJ will arrive approximately 90 minutes prior to his contract start time to load in and set up the system. Set up and tear down is on our own time and does not cut into your contracted hours.

Are you fully insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we carry full liability insurance and are happy to include your venue site in our policy if requested.

Do you maintain regular business hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I am here during regular business hours to answer your calls any time you have questions along the way. If you do have to leave a message, your call will be promptly returned. I also return emails pretty much 7 days a week. If you call to ask questions about our service, you will never get high pressure tactics from me, it's just not my style, but you will get my undivided attention.
