    10/10 experience

    DJ Connection made our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish. Their team communicated with us clearly throughout the planning process and were always ready to support our vision. On the day of the event, the DJ was accommodating when we needed to adjust our timeline and helped keep everything flowing perfectly. They were flexible with our needs and made sure the energy stayed high all night long. We felt confident in their hands and our guests had a blast. We highly recommend DJ Connection to any couple looking for a DJ that truly cares about making their day special.

    We had several issues

    We had a couple of issues. The prelude music didn’t music on time and started about 10-15 minutes after it was supposed to start and after many guests had already arrived. The DJ missed the cue for the bride and grooms’ entrance during the ceremony and because she missed that cue, our officiant start the introduction prematurely. It was very difficult to hear announcements and some had to be made multiple times. We noticed that some of the cocktail hour/dinner music songs were played multiple times and, once the dance floor opened, she played songs from the Play if Possible Playlist and songs that we didn’t add to our reception playlist before going through the full Must Play playlist. Some of the songs that she chose that weren’t from our playlist were that were not the tone we wanted, we intentionally didn’t add to the playlist specifically because we didn’t think they were wedding appropriate, and she played a few songs we didn’t know at all. We’re not quite sure what the issue was, but our understanding was that she would go through the full Must Play playlist before switching to the Play If Possible, and then mix in additional songs as needed. We understand that DJ Connections will provide the DJ based on who is available and your needs, however we were not happy with the DJ and a number of the problems we had should have been avoidable.

    The best wedding DJ!

    We couldn't have asked for a better experience with DJ Connection. From our first conversation, they were quick to respond and got everything done without any back-and-forth delays. They checked in with us before the wedding to make sure we were ready for each moment, and they even called with questions to adjust our timeline if needed. On the night of our wedding, everything ran like clockwork and the music was exactly what we wanted. It was an absolute seamless night from start to finish.

    From our first conversation with DJ Connection, we knew we'd made the right choice. The team kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond on our wedding day—our DJ even helped me plan a surprise for my husband that totally caught him off guard. A good DJ can make or break your wedding, and DJ Connection absolutely nailed it. They were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our day special. We couldn't recommend them more highly to future couples.

    Working with DJ connection was amazing! From the booking process to the wedding! DJ Donta was phenomenal and really went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. He even got us waters after the ceremony while we were taking pictures which was much appreciated in the August heat!

Each and every one of our DJs goes through an extensive training process that includes professional MC/Host coaching. Since we're all professional emcees and DJs, we're able to make smooth transitions with your music and help your event flow seamlessly with excellent announcements!

We strive to custom tailor each event to that specific couples wants/needs. If you would like for us to take requests, we will! If you don't want us to, we won't. That is completely up to you, it's our job to make sure your big day is how you imagined it!
