I am a professional DJ from Festus, Missouri. I am also blessed to be a husband and a father to two amazing kids!​ At the beginning of my career, I worked full-time in radio as an on-air talent. After a few years in the radio industry, I was given the opportunity to expand my abilities with companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports Midwest, & one of the top DJ Companies in the STL area! Eventually, after years of hard work, I decided to offer STL couples everything they had been dreaming of for their big day! So, in 2021 I launched my own DJ business... Matt Baer Media!
I have always believed that when you do something, you should give it 110% of everything you have! When you book with Matt Baer Media, I want you to be confident in knowing that I will do everything in my power to make your wedding or event the best it can be! From keeping your timeline on schedule to coordinating & assisting other vendors, I will be sure to keep you relaxed and worry-free the entire time so you can enjoy YOUR special day!

Amazing!
Matt was a wonderful choice for our wedding DJ! From our first conversation, he was responsive and easy to work with, making the planning process feel effortless. He took the time to understand what we wanted, take our requests, and built a setlist that kept our guests dancing all night. The energy he brought was amazing! He worked closely with our photographer to help us with timing and logistics on the day of the wedding, which meant so much us. It really made a difference in keeping us on schedule and reminding me of stuff that I may have forgotten in the moment. Our guests said so many kind words about him afterwards and especially loved that he was so intentional about announcing our plans to keep the guests informed when special moments would happen. We'd absolutely recommend Matt to any couple looking for a DJ who genuinely cares about making their day special and so much fun!

Wedding DJ Review
We cannot recommend Matt enough! From the very beginning, he was kind, friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire planning process seamless and was always flexible and accommodating, meeting with us multiple times before the wedding to ensure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. On our wedding day, he truly exceeded our expectations. He kept the dance floor packed all night long, created an amazing atmosphere, and made sure everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. His energy, attention to detail, and ability to read the crowd helped make our celebration so much fun and memorable. We are so grateful for everything he did to help make our wedding day feel special. If you're looking for a DJ who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable, we highly recommend him!

Top Notch DJ!!
Matt was quick to respond to our questions and had clear answers about how he'd run our day, which gave us so much confidence. On the wedding day itself, he kept our guests entertained from start to finish while staying flexible with our timeline. He helped us work through all the details beforehand and made sure we felt prepared, but never rushed us or made us feel pressured. His professionalism and skill at reading the room made our reception flow perfectly. We can't recommend Matt highly enough.

Party of the Month, No! Party of the Year!
Matt was exceptional from the very beginning. From our first meeting, Matt was professional, positive, organized, and asked all the right questions to understand our vision for the night. He was very responsive to our last minute questions. The day of the wedding couldn't have gone better thanks to Matt. He kept the party going all night. Matt is the best DJ in St. Louis hands down.

Top Notch DJ!
Fantastic DJ! Matt kept the energy high and the timeline on point! Dance floor was full and the Photo Booth was a HUGE hit. The planning was so easy with the online dashboard. Other than picking our grand entrance/first dance songs we gave Matt a general idea of what kind of music we like, and he hit the playlist on the head! We are so happy with our choice in Matt Baer Media, and highly recommend! You will NOT be disappointed.
