After being involved in over 10 weddings as a bridesmaid, wedding singer, and behind-the-scenes problem solver, Madison realized she had a natural eye for keeping a wedding day running smoothly. That experience turned into a passion and The Day Of STL was born. Madison now brings that same energy and attention to detail to every couple she works with.

The Day Of STL keeps it personal. Madison is your coordinator from the first inquiry to the end of your wedding night, and a second coordinator is by her side on your wedding day so nothing gets missed.

Services range from rehearsal coordination, décor styling, vendor communication, and bridal party direction to personalized timeline creation, reception flow assistance, coordinating grand entrances and exits, breakdown assistance, and a second coordinator on your wedding day.
