    Arch Altar is so professional, punctual, detail-oriented, fun, and such a calming presence to a busy day. They handle everything and more - even small details like making sure the flowergirl is smiling going down the aisle to the bride/groom always have a drink in their hand! Highly recommend. Breath of fresh serene air working with them.

    Absolutely THE BEST!

She was our day of wedding planner and from the very beginning she was organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life.     Amazing attention to detail and great energy!

    Working with Denise at Arch Altar Wedding Co. made planning our wedding so much easier. She communicated with us in a straightforward way and always stayed calm, even when problems popped up. When a vendor showed up with the wrong item on our wedding day, Denise fixed it right away with barely any drama. Later, when our DJ started going off schedule, she stepped in fast and coordinated with all the other vendors to get things back on track, which kept the reception running smoothly. This service includes up to four hours of professional setup for your décor and event details, ensuring everything is thoughtfully styled and beautifully displayed. Whether it's a wedding, shower, party, or special celebration, we'll bring your vision to life.
For the past four-years, our primary focus has been weddings. During that time, we have coordinated more than 50 weddings, helping couples navigate the planning process and ensuring their wedding day unfolds seamlessly. Through past work experiences we have a diverse background that allows us to bring a unique perspective to every event. Through managing complex logistics, overseeing intricate décor installations, coordinating vendors, or guiding couples through one of the most important days of their lives. We combine organization, attention to detail, and a calm presence to create celebrations that are both beautiful and stress-free.
From the moment you book with Arch + Altar Wedding Co., you'll have unlimited access to us through calls, texts, and email, along with a comprehensive wedding planning worksheet designed to keep every detail organized. Package meetings begin 10-weeks out where we dive into meetings, venue walkthroughs, and all the intricate details of your big day. Depending on the package choice - the day of your wedding you will have a coordinator for either four-hours (Styling & Setup) or 12-hours (Day-of Coordination). Our goal is to work closely to ensure your wedding day unfolds even better than you imagined.
