I’m Shanna Fowler, co-owner of a destination wedding travel agency I founded with my husband in 2009. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of couples plan stress-free weddings in breathtaking locations. I split my time living between St. Louis and Costa Rica, and I specialize in guiding couples through every step of an international wedding—from picking the perfect resort to coordinating group travel and being onsite on the big day.     Eternally Grateful

    Shanna is fantastic at what she does! Shanna helped me organize my wedding trip to Costa Rica and helped insure my guests had an enjoyable stay. From day one Shanna was communicative about the level of services she offered from helping secure a room block to assisting in planning the entire wedding! I had Shanna help me contact Planet Hollywood Resort in Costa Rica and asked to have 20 rooms reserved for my guests. Shanna got a contract from the hotel and walked me through all of the wording and what I was signing for. I felt safe knowing that Shanna was looking out for mine and my guests best interests. Shanna also allowed my guests to have flexible payment options, so they had plenty of time to pay off their trip before leaving. Shanna also set up a website where my guests could download all of their travel documents and important paperwork, and could easily contact her via the app if they had any questions or concerns. She was very prompt with her replies and my guests really appreciated that. When my husband and I originally booked our stay, we opted for a junior suite room as it was more affordable and we figured it wouldn’t be used too often. Shanna offered us an upgraded room to Star Class (which is a luxury suite) for no additional charge! The room was better than we could ever have imagined. So spacious and the bathroom was a dream! My husband used our room with his groomsmen for them to get ready before the wedding and they had plenty of space for pictures, snacking and hanging out! The night before our wedding we had organize a bbq on the beach for our guests. With the weather turning and becoming quite windy we were told we would need to move it indoors. Without hesitation, once Shanna received this note from the resort she contacted our guests through the app to make them aware of the change in location. This helped my husband and myself immensely, as we didn’t have to worry about reaching out to guests ourselves to let them know about the venue change. From start to finish I never had any doubt that I would enjoy my trip. I am eternally grateful for Shanna’s expertise and thoughtfulness. She truly cares about her brides and does a terrific job.

    Shanna was extra extraordinary!

    Shanna , my wonderful (destination wedding coordinator) was extra extraordinary and left me speechless. I got married at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and Shanna made it so easy and stress free, so my friends , family and myself can enjoy an amazing week of fun and sunshine and an amazing destination wedding.

    Shanna was are wedding planner and travel agent for our destination wedding in Costa Rica this past month. We started our planning roughly a little less than a year ago and as first time for me planning a wedding it was intimidating even more so trying to plan it in another country. Shanna walked us through everything with ease. She was truly incredible. Any question or concern we had she had an answer or solution. She was true professional and you can tell loved what she did. She made sure our vision for our dream wedding came to fruition. We were recommended to her by our family friend who Shanna also did their wedding a year prior and I am so thankful to them. She went above and beyond for us and our guests .Shanna’s dedication to us, her clients was 10/10.

    Shanna and her team were absolutely incredible

    My husband and I got married at Secrets Akumal in Riviera Maya, Mexico, in May 2025. I am being 100% honest when I say I could not have done it without Shanna and her team!! They were absolutely incredible. We had so many questions about the process, and they answered every single one with so much knowledge and experience. They helped us plan all of our travel, events of the week, day of timeline, and so much more. Shanna was on site the day of our wedding and was an immense help in making sure everything ran smoothly (and keeping my nerves at bay). Because destination weddings happen any day of the week—since every day feels like Saturday on vacation—it’s rare for my weddings to overlap. If I’m hired to travel with a couple, I focus solely on their event(s) and won’t take on others during that time.
