I launched Allyssa Elaine Events in 2016 and have been spending the last few years in awe of what I get to call my job. I have planned, coordinated, and designed over 250 weddings since our beginning and we are already booking fast for next year! Here at AEE, we are dedicated to giving quality service, building relationships with clients, and providing the best experience at every event. We are always up for any task you hand us and go above and beyond, no questions asked. We love the people that trust us with these important moments in life!

What I’m really known for is staying calm and organized even in the most hectic moments. A lot of my clients say I bring a peaceful presence to what can be a very overwhelming season. I take care of the logistics, the communication with vendors, the timeline—everything—so that my couples can just enjoy the process and be present with their people on the day of. Honestly, what I’m most proud of is the way I serve people. I want my couples to feel genuinely cared for—not just like another client.

    It should speak volumes that I checked with Allyssa for her availability before we chose our official wedding date. After seeing Allyssa and her team work with two of our friends and their weddings, we knew we needed her for our day. Allyssa is the ultimate coordinator. She is kind, easy to work with, and so incredibly organized. I can truly describe my wedding day as perfect, and I owe that to Allyssa. She is everywhere you need her to be, has the answer to every question, and if there was a problem - she solved it before I ever knew about it. Every vendor we encountered had nice things to say about AEE when we said we were working with her. Her reputation precedes her and it is well earned. Booking with AEE was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We cannot thank Allyssa and her team enough!!!

    Allyssa is absolutely incredible!! My wife and I were just married at St. Louis Union Station earlier this month and the day ran without a hitch all thanks to Allyssa and her team. Her attention to detail, focus on keeping couples on track with an all encompassing to-do list, ability to communicate our exact thoughts and vision with each vendor and really anything else you can think of she's no doubt the best (including bustling my wife's dress in what had to be record time). We cannot thank Allyssa enough for everything she did for us on our special day, the entire night we felt relaxed and didn't lift a finger and were not bothered by anyone. She made sure we had food and a fresh drink to start the evening and at all times checked in to make sure we were doing okay. Every person in the wedding party (including us) were so impressed by Allyssa's detailed timeline which had the entire day planned out to the minute. If you're a future bride and groom and you need a wedding planner/coordinator, Allyssa is the best there is! Allyssa - thank you again for making our day one we'll never forget. Kolton & Caroline
