    Best wedding decision

    I decided to have ice cream at our wedding because my husband and I always go on ice cream dates and it was the best part of our wedding for our guests. I can’t recommend them enough and when I have another event they will be my first call!

    AMAZING!

    We had Cool Times at our wedding reception, and they were AWESOME!!!! Every guest was able to get exactly what they wanted. The kids had an absolute blast going out to the ice cream truck. They were easy to book, which was handy during all the crazy wedding planning. Highly Recommend!

    Cool Times is so stress free. You call them for the event and they are always early and ready to go. I also like that they have a price point where you I can say I want 5 to show or what every price bracket you want. They place a magnet sign to cover what your not interested in. For the last five years they have come for National Ice Cream day in July, Youth Group, Food Truck night and to schools to treat teachers before they start school. Cool Time is very professional and would refer then to anyone and any event. Angela Wildwood

    Such an incredible surprise!

    We planned this for our guests as a surprise at our wedding reception towards the end of the evening. The truck arrived a few minutes early to make sure she was parking in the correct location. The ice cream was a huge hit with everyone, not just the kids! To be honest, the adults were more excited! Booking was extremely easy and they answered all of the questions I needed to provide to the venue. I'd absolutely recommend Cool Times to anyone planning a wedding.

We currently operate within 100-mile radius of St. Louis, MO.
There is no fee to reserve the truck itself. The only thing that we do require is a minimum purchase that starts at $200/hour the truck is reserved. The $200 minimum does NOT apply to the entire 100-mile radius we service, it is just the starting point. Please contact our office directly to verify pricing for your area.
The items on the truck range from $2-$6. Depending on how many people you're expecting and what the budget is, you can leave it as an open menu where all of the items are available or limit it to a specific price point and those will be the only items they're be able to see.
Nope! We try to make it as easy as possible. We don't take any money from you upfront; you'll pay the driver directly at the end of the reservation for the items that were sold.
Since we don't take any money upfront, there's absolutely no fee to cancel your reservation. We only ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can make sure the driver is aware!
We'll be there rain or shine if you want us! If you decide to cancel, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can relay the message to our driver.
Nope! All the driver will need is a place to park. The trucks are entirely self-sufficient so no need to provide electricity.
If you're short of the minimum at the end of the reservation, the driver will box up the ice cream of your choice to send back with you until the minimum is met. Then you'll pay the driver directly at the end. So you're still getting the same amount of ice cream; it just depends if it is handed out individually or at the end of the box.
Of course! We're fully insured and licensed. We will be more than happy to provide a COI for the venue if requested.
