Blending grounding yoga flows, sound healing, meditation, and breathwork, Inner Bloom Wellness supports relaxation, emotional balance, heartfelt connection and celebration honoring the intentions and uniqueness of your special day.

Inner Bloom Wellness is led by Candice Swee, MS, ATC, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in movement science, mindfulness, and nervous system support. Her calm, grounded approach creates intentional moments of presence and connection amid the excitement of the wedding day. Each offering is thoughtfully personalized to help couples and loved ones feel relaxed, centered, and fully present—honoring the meaning of the moment and the beginning of a new chapter.

    Yoga

    Yoga with Inner Bloom Wellness was the perfect way to start or end the day. The session was calming, grounding, and exactly what I needed to quiet my nerves and be fully present. The flow was gentle yet energizing, with thoughtful breathing and stretching that helped release tension and set a positive tone for the day ahead. I finished feeling relaxed, centered, and genuinely joyful. I cannot recommend yoga with Inner Bloom Wellness enough for anyone who wants to begin their celebration feeling calm, connected, and glowing.

    Amazing wellness coach!

    Inner Bloom has the most amazing wellness coach! Candice leads incredible meditation and yoga sessions—and as a bonus, she makes delicious shrubs for fun, wellness-inspired mocktails. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field, making her a true standout.

    Just what I needed!

    I attended one of Candice's yin yoga classes. It had been a long day and I had to force myself to go but I was happy that I did. Candice seems to intuitively know what you need. She is very calming yet motivating and has a way of naturally creating a space that is safe, peaceful and nourishing. I left feeling relaxed and grateful.

    Inspiring and Uplifting

    I have had the pleasure of taking classes from Candice multiple times she is such an uplifting and inspiring woman. She really loves and enjoys what she does. she makes you feel comfortable calm and at peace she takes away any anxieties you might have of feeling uncomfortable or nervous, I would recommend her to anyone.

    Highly recommend!

    I started my yoga journey 8 months ago and by far Candice is my favorite yoga instructor. She has been my main instructor for the past 6 months and I have never connected with an instructor like I have with her. The pacing and flow of her practices are amazing and transitions between poses are seamless. Her cues are easy to follow and have helped me understand how to move through poses effectively and comfortably. There is always a positive encouraging energy throughout the practice and she always makes everyone feel welcome and empowered.
