My adventure in wedding planning began in 2022 and I've since had the priviledge of collaborating with many couples, transforming their visions into stunning realities.

An elevated full-service Micro-Wedding & Elopement Planning experience, handling every detail from vendor coordination to on-the-day execution. Designed for intimate celebrations, this service ensures a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable wedding within 100 miles of St. Louis. Also available for destination micro-weddings and elopements, with pricing determined by location and travel requirements.

Contrary to the name, this service actually begins about 6 weeks before the wedding. We work closely with you to finalize timelines, confirm vendor details, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues. On your wedding day, we act as the go-to person, managing vendors, overseeing the setup, and ensuring everything goes according to schedule. I handle any unexpected hiccups, so you and your loved ones can focus on enjoying every moment.

This service is designed for couples seeking a personalized approach to their wedding. Whether you're envisioning a formal affair, a whimsical garden party, or something entirely unique, this service is built to reflect your vision, style, and priorities.     I was lucky enough to win Jovial planning and coordination services in a instagram contest, and I truly couldn’t have imagined how incredible the experience would be! From the very first meeting, Ally was professional, organized, and so easy to work with. She treated my wedding with the same care and attention as if I were one of her full-paying clients — which says so much about her character and dedication. She handled every detail flawlessly — from communicating with vendors and assisting in creating the timeline to keeping everything running smoothly on the big day. Thanks to her, I was able to actually relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a single thing. Our day was absolutely perfect, and I know it wouldn’t have been the same without her expertise and assistance. My husband and I are extremely grateful we won her services and would highly recommend Ally to any couple looking for wedding coordination services.

    We worked with Ally as our wedding coordinator, and we couldn’t recommend her more! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, organized, and knowledgeable - especially when it came to our ceremony at the Jewel Box in Forest Park, which is known for having an extremely strict timeline. From the moment we booked the venue, Ally guided us through ceremony timing and logistics, putting our minds completely at ease knowing she would be running the show. Our rehearsal was efficient and perfectly organized thanks to her direction, and on our wedding day, she went above and beyond. As the venue coordinator, she was able to access the space early, set up all of our decor beautifully, and ensured that everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. The ceremony went off without a hitch, and we owe that to Ally’s calm, collected presence and attention to detail. She truly has an amazing eye for design and what looks best in a space. Whether you need help with coordination, planning, or decorating, you’ll be in great hands with Ally!

    Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! We couldn’t have done it without her!!
