Designed for intimate celebrations, this service ensures a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable wedding within 100 miles of St. Louis. Also available for destination micro-weddings and elopements, with pricing determined by location and travel requirements.	Contrary to the name, my day-of coordination actually begins about six weeks before your wedding. I work closely with you to finalize timelines, confirm vendor details, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues. On your wedding day, I’m your go-to person — managing vendors, overseeing setup, and making sure everything runs according to plan. I handle any unexpected hiccups so you and your loved ones can focus on enjoying every moment.

Ally was amazing and worked perfectly for the couple’s needs. They just needed a consultant that would be insightful to make sure they handled the last minutes ideas and prep. The couple wanted something to take stress off of their day since their wedding and reception was in the same venue. Ally met with the Bride several times to ensure last minute planning was ready and to ask questions that her experience knows can cause last minute issues. As the aunt of the Groom, I hired Ally because I knew she could take care of many of the issues a Bride should not be stressing on. She handled it perfectly. It was such a great experience for all.

Ally both met and exceeded my expectations! She provided assistance in ceremony coordination (music, bridal party line up, etc) and flipping my venue from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour. She provided multiple tools throughout the planning process to organize my thoughts and ideas. She also provided multiple meeting times with flexible availability to talk through plans and details I hadn’t thought of. Having Ally coordinate my ceremony and flip was the best gift I could’ve received on my wedding day - everything went as smooth I could’ve hoped for. Would 110% recommend her to anyone getting married needing help with coordination!
