    The Calm, Confident Presence Every Bride Needs

    Amanda and the team at Signed Sealed Delieved Events were truly the reason our wedding day felt so seamless and stress free. While the planning support was wonderful, it was on the actual wedding day where Amanda’s expertise, organization, and calming presence absolutely shined. From the moment the day began, she stepped in and took care of everything. She managed the timeline flawlessly, coordinated with vendors, answered questions, guided our wedding party, and handled all of the little behind the scenes details that could have easily become overwhelming. Because of her, we did not have to worry about a single logistical thing. We were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and truly enjoy our wedding day with our family and friends. Event management (known as day-of coordination too) gives you 10 hours of service on the big day, and we start working together 3 months before the wedding. Full planning clients have unlimited hours on the day of the wedding.
We always have a minimum of one lead and one assistant coordinator on event days.
Oof, that's a big one! I've been a wedding industry professional for almost 20 years and helped over 400 lucky couples get married. In addition to full service and event management coordination packages, I also offer lovestory wedding officiating services and "power hour" planning sessions for clients who may have a friend or family member helping out on the big day.
