About Annie Lui Photography

Annie Lui

The rawness of emotion & human connection is what drew me into wedding and portrait photography. I am a storyteller and celebrater for the lighthearted and crazy in love. I focus on capturing authentic photographs that stand the test of time. My goal is to provide couples with one heck of an experience and images that can be cherished for a generations. One of my favorite facts about my style is that I created my own preset from scratch, and that each photo receives the dedicated time it takes to ensure that its final version is its best. The result is beautiful, sentimental photos that preserve meaningful and true-to-life moments.

I love taking the time to fully get to know my couples, which in my opinion is the first step to delivering a great wedding experience. I'm also a big believer of not-shoving-my-camera-in-your-face; I want to make your wedding day as fun and stress-free as possible! I build a lighthearted and casual environment for my couples so that they can feel relaxed and be themselves. I like to think that I'm a mix between documentary and fine art - both candid and stunning editorial shots are my favs! From the happy tears at your ceremony to the peaceful joy of the first dance, I want to be be there to capture it all for you.

    Years of Photography Joy

    I will AWAYS recommend Annie Lui Photography. I’ve worked with her four times over the past five years and she’s the best! First she took my A&M Ring Day pictures. Annie captures sweet moments with my family, and even though the lighting was tricky indoors, and the outside was grey and gloomy (rainy weather), she worked her magic with edits. For Graduation, Annie was the best and super patient; she recommended where we could go around main campus to get the best shots, and ideal poses! I also worked with her for a couples shoot, which had to be my favorite session. She was extremely kind and patient with me and my boyfriend, hyping us up as we were taking photos. She worked through the Texas humidity and worked her best to get all the angles possible in Tomball. I knew Immediately we had to book her when I got Married in July of 2022. She was so professional coming down for my wedding in Rio Grande City, and handled all the ceremony pictures, family portraits and couple portraits with ease. I love that she is able to put her magic touch when it comes to editing. Her style is very soft, bright and romantic. What I appreciate the most is that she puts so much time and dedication in her editing process to make every shot perfect especially for my wedding, my family and I absolutely love looking back at the pictures Annie took on my big day. Definitely worth your time and money. I can’t wait to book her for my next occasion!

    The BEST

    Annie is so professional and personable to work with:) I met her through attending a styled shoot and was so lucky she was open for my wedding date! She is clear about what you can expect and makes sure you have the opportunity to express your ideas. If you are aiming for great quality - book with her! Her bonus photographer was also great at my wedding :)

    AMAZING!

    We have had Annie do multiple photo sessions throughout the last few years between engagement photos and our two wedding ceremonies, and she never disappoints! Annie makes everything so easy that you have nothing to worry about. From great communication, planning ahead by communicating with you what photos you want on your special day, and timely delivery of photos, Annie is a DREAM to work with! We cannot recommend her enough!

    If you’re looking for a romantic and airy style photographer Annie is your gal! She’s very good with communication and is very detailed with her shots which is a huge must for me. You will not be disappointed with Annie, she delivers what she promises.

    Annie was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had professional pictures taken and am nervous in front of the camera. I was always worried about how my wedding pictures would turn out or if I could even afford them. Annie made both my husband and I very comfortable in front of the camera and even got us laughing. The pictures were so fun to take and I absolutely LOVE how they came out. Not only that but they didn’t cost me half of my wedding. Annie is very reasonably priced and her photos are exquisite. She helped me stay on track with which photos to take and did amazing with the candids. She also gave us our pictures in a very timely manner and I can tell she spent a lot of time and effort into the shots. We 100% recommend Annie to any and everyone, all the time, 10/10.
