We are a team of photographers, videographers, and event planners serving the state of Missouri! We specialize in capturing the genuine moments of authentic joy in each wedding we are a part of. Our priority is to treat every client the way we would like to be treated and to make this the easiest, most enjoyable part of your wedding. We booked Ivory Grove for videography, and we're very happy with the results! Lindsey is wonderful to work with! She's very communicative, helpful. and made the entire process seamless. Jem and Luke are excellent videographers and captured our day beautifully, and the editing team did an excellent job putting everything together. Highly recommend!

Ivory Grove photographers were wonderful to work with on our wedding day. From the start, their communication was very thorough and personal - Evie, our photographer, took the time to understand our vision and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. On the day of, Evie had the entire timeline planned out meticulously and was prepared with backup plans in case of rain. She did such a great job helping the day flow smoothly and capturing all the special moments. The quality of their work is truly professional and the value they provided was excellent. We are thrilled with the beautiful photos that will help us remember our wedding day forever.

Highly recommend Ivory Grove photography. They were extremely professional and did a great job communicating with us. Their photographers showed up on early and consistently checked in with us and our wedding planner. We did a couple of preliminary meetings telling them our style and "look-fors" and they followed it to the letter. Our photos came out amazing and the editing they did brought out the vibrantness of our theme which is what we wanted the focus to be. They also got some great candids which are always fun to look at. Lastly, they were very decently priced for the quality of work they did. Their prices are very straightforward and they didn't do any up selling. This made budgeting that much easier. 5/5 and would highly recommend.

From the start Ivory Grove exceeded our expectations. We had prompt and open communication throughout the entire process. Carly answered all of our initial questions with transparency and helped us pick the correct package for us! We then were in communication with our event coordinator Lindsey who was also amazing! She gave us clear steps and even gave us tips for planning leading up to our wedding day. She was there every step of the way and even in communication after our wedding to keep us updated with where our photos were in the editing process! We were paired with Nichole (Photographer) and Brandon (videographer) and let me say, we could not have had a more PERFECT MATCH. They were so kind and truly made our day feel special and true to us. You can tell they are both passionate about what they do and wanted to make our day memorable for us! I can’t thank the Ivory Grove team enough for capturing our day so beautifully. Because of you guys, we have visible memories of our favorite day ever that we will be able to look back on for a lifetime and for generations to come.

We have a small, local team of photographers and videographers. We often get asked, "Who will be my photographer/videographer? Do I get to pick?" We are happy to show you portfolios of our individual team members! But also keep in mind that there are companies out there who book weddings and outsource to random photographers/videographers. THIS IS NOT US! All our team members go through our onboarding program/training and often start as second shooters for us. We will not send a photographer or videographer to your wedding whom we do not have 100% confidence in. We are real people!

Of course! We love to help with timelines. Your wedding timeline is as unique as you are. We know that trying to decide how much time you need for photography & videography can be tricky to calculate. Know that we are very flexible and if you need to change the number of hours as you get closer to your wedding day and your plans become more set, we are happy to help you adjust that. We can also build you a custom package to suit your individual needs. Send us a message, and we would love to share with you our sample timelines and best tips to make your day go smoothly!

Yes! We are happy to email proof of insurance to your venue upon request.

We have two options for the deposit. 1. 50% now and 50% due the week of the wedding 2. 15% now and the rest divided monthly until the wedding We are also happy to set up a payment plan that best supports your needs and budget.

It depends on your location. If your location does require an added travel expense, it will be clearly listed on your customized proposal. Also, please let us know if there is a specific place you want to take engagement photos. We will let you know if there is a travel fee for that location. Otherwise, we expect the engagement session to be taken within 25 miles of the nearest major city to your venue (St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, Columbia or Chicago). We do not believe in hidden travel fees!

Our standard turnaround time is 30 days. Of course, this can vary a little during our busy season, but generally speaking, we have all media delivered within 30-60 days. The turnaround time on our engagement sessions is typically 2-3 weeks.
