The Tipsy Gypsy KC provides mobile bartending services to Kansas City and surrounding areas. We offer affordable services for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, engagement parties and more! We are certified, licensed and insured. The Tipsy Gypsy is a lesbian owned mobile bar. We are very LGBTQ+ friendly.

We work closely with you to accommodate whatever budget you have for your special day. Our team will help create a fully customized package tailored to your exact wants and needs. To make your event even more memorable, we now offer a sleek, customizable touchscreen digital bar menu for your guests!

Just the Bartender

Price$400

Description

When all you need is the bartender to show up and serve drinks. This is the affordable basic package. *The venue must have a bar station for this package* This is for up to 75 Guests.

What’s included
  • 1 Certified Bartender
  • Bartending tools needed (shakers, openers, etc)
  • 1 Hour of Set up/Tear Down
  • Up to 4 Hours of Service
  • Liquor Liability Insurance

Basic Bar Package

Price$600

Description

This is the basic mobile bar package. This is good for up to 75 guests; if more than 75 guests an additional bartender is required, an additional fee will apply. Does not include alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Bartending Tools (shakers, bottle openers, etc)

Premium Bar Package

Price$1,000

Description

This package provides more and can serve up to 150 guests. *Note: client is to provide all alcohol and mixers. *We do offer a mixer package as an add-on; the only thing the client would need to provide is the alcohol. * I do assist with a shopping list of items needed to help lessen the stress.

  • 1-2 Certified Bartender (depending on guest count)
  • High Top Mobile Bar Set Up
  • Bartending Tools (shakers, bottle openers, etc)
  • Customize Bar Menu Sign
  • Garnishes of lemons, limes and cherries
  • Disposable cocktail cups, napkins and straws
  • Ice (for coolers and for cocktails)
  • Water and Iced Tea Station
  • 1.5 Hours of Set Up/Tear Down
  • Up to 6 Hours of Service
  • Liquor Liability Insurance

Add-On Mixer Package

This is an add-on package that can be added to the basic or premium bar packages. It is $5/person.

    I hired the Tipsy Gypsy for a birthday party. I had about 50 to 70 Guests. The owner was amazing to work with. She helped with signature drinks. helped with an alcohol/ mixer list so i didnt over bye or under bye. She was extremely friendly. She was very professional. My guests loved the drinks and her at the event. She was very personable and made everyone feel comfortable. I will hire the Tipsy Gypsy for every event !!!

    Best Experience

    The Tipsy Gypsy bartended my wedding of 140 people. They provided two bartenders and such an amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable and all the guest raved about how great the drinks were. They stayed and did late night serving as well!
