Event Coordinator

I am a day of wedding coordinator. I am here to take the stress and pressure off of you so you can relax and enjoy the day and know that everything will be ready to go and done as planned. My prices are very affordable as this is not my full-time job. I was an event sales/coordinator at a Radisson Hotel in Knoxville TN and I worked on a cruise ship organizing events there as well. We will put together a timeline of the entire day with you. I will manager all the vendors, be sure everything is set up so you can relax and enjoy the day with your family and friends. I offer a free consultation to be sure we are a good fit.

My prices are very affordable as this is not my full-time job. I am organized and detail oriented. Customer service is very important to me. Your special day in important to me and I am here to make sure everything goes smoothly and nothing gets missed. I am all about a good list and timeline!

Description

Helping with all of it! Making sure everything gets planned and on time and within budget. Will assist with rehearsal and wedding. Well, help with a custom agenda and timeline. Will be there to set up centerpieces, flowers, etc. We’ll be there through the entire event to be sure everything gets done and on time Will help at the end to be sure that everything is taken home.

3 meetings to touch base on plans Will help with an agenda and timeline of your day the seating chart and floor plan. Will be there at the wedding and rehearsal to assist. Will be point of contact for all vendors the day of the event. Day of coordination to be sure everything runs on time and smoothly.

Two meetings to review your plans and to customize an agenda and timeline. I would be there the day of the rehearsal and the event to coordinate Vendor management throughout the day to be sure everyone is there and set up Rehearsal and day of coordination at the wedding and the reception.
