When we had our engagement photos done, I was really nervous, as I feel awkward in front of a camera and my now husband and I had never had a photoshoot together before. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ali! She reached out to me on Zola and I am so glad she did. I was impressed with her portfolio and I really loved seeing how she would capture little moments in the weddings she had done. We set up a video call before booking and we clicked. She is very calm and helped with my pre-wedding nerves. She worked with us on a payment plan and she was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. She really listened to what we wanted. She got to the venue early to scout out different shots and came to check in with me a couple of times before we even began taking photos, which I did not expect but was very sweet and considerate of her. When we were taking photos, she really helped to guide the more “posed” photos but she also captured a lot of beautiful candid moments. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment her and that was before we even got the photos back. She sent us our sneak peeks the next day and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. She captured so many beautiful moments and her style is exactly what we wanted. Nothing felt “overly edited” just perfectly genuine. I cannot recommend Ali enough. “I have used many photographers in the past but none came close to the level of expertise that Leah possesses. Over the years, I've done business headshots with her, family photos, and most recently my wedding. Since I have used Leah's services for other things before, I knew what to expect as far as photo-quality goes; the real testimonial comes from how she handled the wedding. Shooting a wedding in another country with a chaotic family is no easy task, even I wouldn't wish it upon myself, but Leah truly knocked it out of the park: she checked in before the event day to go over the schedule, showed up early, got all of the extra shots that I requested, directed people, and just really took charge of the experience. Having her as my wedding photographer was literally one of the only non-stressful decisions I made for that event lol. The photos turned out beautifully, I really can't imagine having anyone else capture one of the most important events of my life. I recommend her wholeheartedly!!”

“When we began looking for a photographer for our micro-wedding, we gravitated towards Nadia’s images over and over again. Not only did they capture raw, intimate moments between couples and families, but they elevated those moments in elegant and natural landscapes of the PNW; everything we wanted. “Definitely one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. We had Ann Marie do our engagement photos and we loved her from the start and loved how they came out. We were devastated when we found out she was already booked for our wedding date, but she got us set up with one of her associates Elena at a discounted rate. Even though she wasn't going to be there on our big day she still put in so much effort to help us decide the timeline and the shot list. She kept in contact with us the whole time and really made us feel confident about the big day. She will still be doing the editing in her style and we are absolutely thrilled with the sneak peek shots we've gotten so far! She even threw in an extra photographer for us for free which was incredibly kind of her, although unfortunately that photographer was sick on the day of the wedding so we still ended up with just one. But Elena was great and made us feel totally at ease and got every shot on the list. She kept everything running on time despite the timeline having been created for two photographers. Ann Marie and Elena were a dream team to work with and I can't say enough good things about them.”

“We are extremely thankful for Erin! She came in as though we have been great friends for many years. She introduced herself and went right to work. She referred to the list we discussed of photos we wanted and added numerous additional suggestions that helped us to get some amazing wedding day photos. My husband is not one to show a lot of emotion on camera, but Erin ensured that we did actions that he was not focused on the camera, but just enjoying the moments which allowed us to catch some very beautiful and memorable wedding day photos. “If you have the opportunity to work with Maria we recommend you take that chance while you’ve got it. She is an AMAZING photographer, fun to work with, and is so thoughtful/ helpful during the planning journey. We’ve already had a friend say they’d hit her up if they get married because they loved our experience and photos so much. 10000% could not recommend her enough. When we were looking for a wedding and engagement photographer we wanted someone who was creative in their shots, had crystal clear photo quality, and had a true to life/vibrant photography style - and Maria was the perfect fit! We had a phone consultation where she asked thoughtful questions to get to know us as a couple but also helped asked things related to photography to help us communicate our desires and ensure she was the right fit. Maria wants her couples to have the dreamiest day and I loved how intentional she was with helping us communicate our vision - she’s the pro and knew exactly what to ask to get us thinking! We were immediately obsessed and left in awe at some sample galleries, so we signed right away. When it came time for our engagement photos we had this super fun pre-shoot questionnaire that once again consisted of thoughtful questions (our planner was SO impressed with them), such as if there were any specific shots we wanted or our comfort level with photos. We’re not the most comfortable in front the camera so it was cool to feel seen and have her understand us before we arrived to the shoot. And let me tell you we had the BEST time! We felt comfortable so quickly and the shoot flew by. The photos turned out AMAZING and we got even more excited for the wedding. Before the wedding we had a questionnaire to go over our desires for the wedding (and even had a chance to put secret info if you had any surprises for people or just wanted her to be aware of certain family dynamics you don’t want widely disseminated). On our wedding day Maria even handled a situation for us when we asked for help and she was the most discreet and professional and got us taken care of. We just got our full gallery back and the photos are the dreamiest - incredible sunset photos, creative and thoughtful detail shots, and excellent photos of our guests. The gallery captures our day perfectly and is everything and more than we could have asked for. Maria is timely, talented, professional, a cool person, and is someone we’d hire again in a heartbeat. Plus, she’s always down for an adventure so if you want to travel I’m sure she’ll be happy to meet you there and help make your photography dreams come true. “We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”
