When my husband and I began searching for a wedding venue, we visited several locations—but ultimately, we chose our venue because of Danielle. From our very first meeting, we knew we would be in great hands with her. It was, without a doubt, the best decision we made during the entire planning process. Danielle made everything feel effortless. We were working with a strict budget, and she helped us maximize every dollar without compromising on our vision. Her communication was clear, and consistent, removing of the stress and uncertainty that often comes with planning a wedding. Midway through our planning, Danielle received an exciting opportunity at a new venue. While I was thrilled for her, I couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous about what that might mean for us. But Danielle’s dedication is truly unmatched—despite having started a new role, she returned to oversee our wedding day and stayed through the entire evening. We were beyond grateful for her loyalty and support. One of my favorite memories from the day (besides marrying my husband, of course!) was when Danielle pulled us aside before the reception to see the reception space fully set up. The countless boxes of candles and decor I had dropped off the night before had been transformed into something so magical. The room took my breath away—I was instantly in tears. All those months of planning and dreaming had come to life more beautifully than I ever imagined. Thanks to Danielle, I had the perfect wedding day. First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. Having those memories in addition to our photographers photos meant so much to us!! (I attached just a few for reference) Her ability to manage every detail flawlessly amazed me! Amanda was excellent to work with for our wedding. She kept us on track throughout the entire planning process and was phenomenal at coordinating all our vendors (and we loved all the vendors she recommended to us as well!). Something we really appreciated, in particular, was her willingness to adapt to our specific context and preferences. There were certain elements of our day that weren't super traditional, and she made us feel very comfortable and supported in executing those aspects. Additionally--and this is NOT to be underestimated in a wedding planner--she is really easy to get along with. Totally 1 the EQ comment; she can balance a lot of different personality types. Her presence made a huge difference, especially on the day of the wedding. She thought of everything! Wei Yuh was hired for the task of organizing a lovely and elegant Victorian Romance themed wedding rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker Hotel on October 24, 2025. Following the dinner, a private Ghost Tour of Boston also took place for the wedding party, and the timing for these events was crucial. She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. I couldn't be happier with her services and I appreciate the work she put forth to make this event a very special evening!

Aneesha and I worked together on planning the big day in August of this year. Our wedding date was picked very late but Aneesha took the job and helped plan and decorate the entire thing. With Covid and dealing with last minute cancellations she was quick to get everything we needed and in due time. She didn't insist on anything ("No hair & make-up? No problem!") but offered sound advice when she knew an element was essential. The wedding was at a large family property in a small village and involved the complexity of creating the "venue" from scratch. She made the planning process manageable and the wedding weekend a joy. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Kate Jubboori.

Having Jen take care of those final vendor engagements, confirming details, organizing setup timing, and ensuring everything was in place, was a huge relief. Thanks to Jen, we could relax, stay off email, and avoid the stress of chasing down hard-to-reach vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Jen was present from the start of setup through the very last moments of the wedding. Her ability to quickly adapt was remarkable; for instance, when the florist arrived with a larger-than-expected chuppah, she seamlessly adjusted the room layout, making it even better than originally planned. When the cake wasn’t prepped on time for pick-up (completely out of our control!), Jen calmly coordinated its delivery directly to the venue. Jen’s attention to detail and anticipation of needs were exceptional. For example, I had planned an outfit change, and when the time came, everything was ready: my dress was out of the garment bag, my shoes were unboxed, and it was all set up for a seamless transition. She even labeled waters for us and our officiants, ensuring we're taken care of without a second thought. We trusted Jen implicitly - she even brought my wedding dress back home with our keys. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and thoughtful care made all the difference on our wedding day. We’d recommend Jen again and again!

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Steph!!! My husband and I hired her for the Month of Coordination service for our June 2024 wedding. About 3 months prior to the wedding, we needed some additional planning/consulting help and Steph was our girl. Steph was able to prioritize what we needed to do and identified logistical concerns that we never would have thought of. She is calm, confident and organized, which is exactly what my pre-wedding/decision fatigued brain needed. The month leading up to the wedding was incredibly seamless with her help. She took on all contact with the venue and vendors so my husband and I could focus on other responsibilities. When it came to the day before/day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way - from coordinating our rehearsal to bustling my dress. The night was so much fun and easy and it is all because of Steph and her team. Easily the best decision we made was having Steph a part of our wedding!! Additionally, her content creation was an amazing bonus to the Month of Coordination package. My husband and I did not hire a videographer but we do not feel like we’re missing out because of the content she captured of the entire day!!

Working with Marissa, Doug & the MBE team was truly the best investment we could have made for our wedding day! We booked MBE back in January 2024 for our June 2025 wedding for partial planning & day-of coordination. Throughout the planning process, Marissa was my ROCK, making sure we stayed on track with booking vendors, creating a mood board for our day, budgeting, sending out save the dates and invitations, and taking all the necessary steps for a perfect day. Alyssa, MBE’s graphic designer, created our save the dates and invitations and was so amazing to work with, too! All our prep work led to the most perfect and seamless wedding day. The MBE team took care of EVERYTHING, flawlessly bringing our vision to life in just a couple hours. Thanks to the MBE team, everything was absolutely perfect and we were able to have stress-free morning getting ready with the bridal party. Marissa is pure MAGIC and made me feel so at peace throughout the whole process up until the very end of our wedding day. We’ve heard from so many couples that they were barely able to enjoy their wedding day because of all the stress / coordination, but thanks to MBE I can confidently say we had the best night of our lives at our wedding. Events by Chrissie Sue was amazing! Hiring Chrissie Sue Coutu, owner of Events by Chrissie Sue, to help me plan my only daughter’s wedding was the best decision I made. Chrissie Sue was a joy to work with over the past year. Her energy, professionalism, creativity and incredible fountain of knowledge were invaluable to my daughter and me. We shared our vision with Chrissie Sue at our first meeting and she ran with it. When we got crazy, she was there to help calm us down and we all had lots of laughs throughout the year! I would also like to comment that Chrissie Sue was a pro at staying within our budget and showing us how to spend our money wisely. Chrissie Sue was incredibly helpful with choosing vendors and securing contracts. For example, Chrissie Sue assisted us with florist recommendations and then she and the florist, Petal & Wren, compiled a Look Book for us to review and have a super productive zoom meeting to nail down the details. My daughter lives in NYC so holding zoom sessions was important and Chrissie Sue always showed up with a detailed agenda and answers to our endless questions. Chrissie Sue was creative with all the table designs for the rehearsal dinner, the welcome party, and the reception at the Boston Harbor Hotel. She also worked incredibly well with Amanda, the event planner at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Chrissie Sue secured contracts for all of our transportation needs (buses, trolley, Rolls Royce) and assisted with the band contract. I could go on endlessly with all that Chrissie Sue did for us but you can see how helpful she truly was to an involved planning process. On the actual weekend, Chrissie Sue was on site for all the events. She supervised all of the vendors and there were NO hiccups at all. Chrissie Sue was truly invaluable to us that weekend – we never dealt with a single issue. Chrissie Sue is a leader and that was exactly what we needed to direct the endless vendors for that weekend, ranging from the band to the florist to the photo booth, etc. She also had an incredibly detailed timeline so the weekend would flow smoothly. Finally, I will say that when she opened the doors to the ballroom for my daughter and me to see our vision finally implemented, it was incredible. Chrissie Sue brought to life my daughter’s dream wedding and for that, I will be forever grateful. Hire this woman NOW!!!
