This one is going to be long because we have so many things to say about this incredible woman. I don’t even know where to start with Kaileigh. We found her on Zola at the early stages of planning and we’re so beyond grateful and thrilled to have had her with us through this journey. She is so incredibly organized, on top of everything, prompt, efficient, kept us on track and so supportive. She is super creative and had so many great ideas that brought our vision to life and made it even better than we imagined. Planning with her was fun, easy and very enjoyable. She was at all of our vendor meetings, asked questions we never thought to ask, and made sure we were happy with everything at every point and was easy to pivot. As we approached our big day, she just continued to blow us away and we felt so much less stress than I think most people probably feel. We knew we were in the best hands with Kaileigh who had our back, knew our vision and who we knew we could count on. Her work can be somewhat chaotic I would imagine, but you’d never be able to tell by looking at her. She is so poised, calm, composed, competent, decisive, efficient, energetic, professional and dynamic. One of my favorite things I noticed working with her is her undeniable joy and love for this industry and what she does. She is in her element and it is clear to anyone who observes her that this is where she belongs. This work fuels her and she invests so much of herself in everything she does. Not only is she so wickedly talented and smart, she is just so kind, sweet, compassionate, funny, lighthearted and just the coolest human. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with her and just want to be her friend. By the time our rehearsal rolled around, I felt like it was weird that she was just present for the event and not sitting at the table with us! At this point we just considered her our friend and just wanted to hang out and celebrate with her! Going into our wedding day, I felt a sense of calm I never, ever thought I would be able to experience. I’m a person that struggles with anxiety, I feel overwhelmed, I overthink and worry about everything and I was convinced I would be beside myself with stress and anxiety on my wedding day but I was completely fine.. I was calm and was able to enjoy my preparation, spending time with my girls and just relax. That is 1000% thanks to Kaileigh. I knew everything was being handled and I trusted her judgement, abilities and knowledge and that it was going to be amazing… and I was right! Walking into this beautiful venue with all of our visions that came to life right in front of me took my breath away. It was GORGEOUS!! Throughout the night, Kaileigh continued to keep everything running smoothly. I needed her quite a few times for different things and she was never far and always ready for whatever it was. She even helped me out of my wedding dress and into a reception dress in tiny stall with barely enough room for one person, let alone two… which tells you the level of comfort one builds with a person like Kaileigh. It was like my sister or my best friend helping me out. She was everywhere all at once and never broke a sweat. We’ve gotten nothing but absolutely raving compliments on her from our friends and family that attended. Everyone noticed how expertly she put this wedding together and how it all went off so perfectly. We are so thankful for her. Do yourself this favor and book Kaileigh for your most important day.

We could write a novel about how helpful Elise and her team were on the day of our wedding and leading up to it. We cannot thank them enough for making our events run so smoothly! The weather report for our wedding day was very uncertain in the weeks, days and even minutes leading up to our ceremony. Elise was calm and provided expert advice throughout the uncertainty. She organized our rain back up plan without causing us any stress on the day of and truly made our vision come to life. She helped rework the schedule so we could get photos outside before the rain and had the entire bridal party comfortably inside before it began pouring. My guests (who were redirected to the rain back up venue) said Elise and her team were outside in the pouring rain happily and clearly directing guests to the ceremony, demonstrating true commitment! All around, our guests said that our "plan B" felt like a "plan A" despite the severe weather. We have Elise and her team to thank for that!! Their communication, flexibility, and expertise were unmatched.

My now husband & I hired Annastacia in 2024 to plan our medium-sized unique (and untraditional!) island wedding in Maine. We couldn't have found a better fit for the job and feel very lucky that our friend referred her to us. For about 70% of the wedding planning itself, my husband and I lived far away from where our wedding in Maine would actually be, but Annastacia was unfazed by the physical distance. We met remotely and she continued to never miss a beat in our correspondences, leading up to the day itself. We liked her so much during the planning process, that we eventually asked her to help us with our shared bachelorette party AND the after wedding brunch as well, because she was so capable and efficient! I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. Our venue was unfamiliar to her, so she took the initiative to stay there overnight with her husband about a month before our wedding - on her own time and dime - to fully understand the space and logistics. She made the trip from Portland (about an hour away) to meet with us at the venue, which was invaluable for our peace of mind. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. She even allowed us to ship items to her home for storage prior to the wedding weekend and met us a few days before to ensure we picked everything up. On the wedding day itself, Sarah’s calming presence was exactly what we needed. While we were worried about all the moving parts and vendor coordination, she executed everything flawlessly. Her organizational skills were exceptional - she shared detailed schedules with all our vendors in advance and managed every detail with grace and confidence. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Maine, especially those coordinating from out of state!

Cassie was incredible to work with, my wedding day couldn’t have been pulled off without her!!! I had a Cape wedding with a handful of moving parts as opposed to everything happening in one place— from getting ready offsite in rental houses, church ceremony, coffee hour in between to fill time, then cocktail hour/reception at the venue— Cassie made the day absolutely seamless!! She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. Events by Chrissie Sue was amazing! Hiring Chrissie Sue Coutu, owner of Events by Chrissie Sue, to help me plan my only daughter’s wedding was the best decision I made. Chrissie Sue was a joy to work with over the past year. Her energy, professionalism, creativity and incredible fountain of knowledge were invaluable to my daughter and me. We shared our vision with Chrissie Sue at our first meeting and she ran with it. When we got crazy, she was there to help calm us down and we all had lots of laughs throughout the year! I would also like to comment that Chrissie Sue was a pro at staying within our budget and showing us how to spend our money wisely. Chrissie Sue was incredibly helpful with choosing vendors and securing contracts. For example, Chrissie Sue assisted us with florist recommendations and then she and the florist, Petal & Wren, compiled a Look Book for us to review and have a super productive zoom meeting to nail down the details. My daughter lives in NYC so holding zoom sessions was important and Chrissie Sue always showed up with a detailed agenda and answers to our endless questions. Chrissie Sue was creative with all the table designs for the rehearsal dinner, the welcome party, and the reception at the Boston Harbor Hotel. She also worked incredibly well with Amanda, the event planner at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Chrissie Sue secured contracts for all of our transportation needs (buses, trolley, Rolls Royce) and assisted with the band contract. I could go on endlessly with all that Chrissie Sue did for us but you can see how helpful she truly was to an involved planning process. On the actual weekend, Chrissie Sue was on site for all the events. She supervised all of the vendors and there were NO hiccups at all. Chrissie Sue was truly invaluable to us that weekend – we never dealt with a single issue. Chrissie Sue is a leader and that was exactly what we needed to direct the endless vendors for that weekend, ranging from the band to the florist to the photo booth, etc. She also had an incredibly detailed timeline so the weekend would flow smoothly. Finally, I will say that when she opened the doors to the ballroom for my daughter and me to see our vision finally implemented, it was incredible. Chrissie Sue brought to life my daughter’s dream wedding and for that, I will be forever grateful. Hire this woman NOW!!!
