And our day was so magical because of them. They did a great job being part of the action but not feeling like they were in the action if that makes sense. “When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we were initially hesitant to book Once Like a Spark Wedding Co. since they were not a local company, and we didn't get to talk directly to the photographer or videographer until the day of the wedding. That being said, what sold us was their website/gallery, their professionalism when getting a quote, and that our venue vouched for them. OLAS' team's communication was responsive, quick, and thorough, putting us at ease. We had planning calls and surveys leading up the day of. Jasmine T did a stellar job setting us up to look our best, and she had her work cut out for her, because she was dealing with two brides, two dresses, and an outfit change! Jasmine was also great about following our instructions from the survey and planning meetings. For example, we had included pictures in front of a wall of donuts at the venue, but we later changed the wall of donuts to cannoli's and forgot to tell OLAS. Turns out the venue threw in the donut wall back in without telling us. Jasmine brought us to the wall, and it made for a great surprise and cute pictures. Jeremy did an amazing job on the videography and editing. Watching the highlight video made us cry because he really captured our best moments and those real smiles in the midst of the stress and hustle and bustle of the wedding day. OLAS gave us complimentary rush photos and video without us asking which was a 2-3 week was turn around. Despite our initial trepidation, we are so happy we booked OLAS. They went above and beyond to make our special day memorable for a lifetime. We are so grateful for their talent and highly recommend Once Like a Spark Wedding Co. to any couple looking for breathtaking photography and videography.”

“My husband and I were from out of town and hired Sean to photograph us at a Christmas gala at the place we got married. He was accommodating to last minute changes to make the most of the session and even went above and beyond to make it happen. Upon first impression, he was upbeat and had a vision. “We planned our wedding from all the way across the country (Florida to California) so we already had challenges. From the beginning, the price was great and the photos looked promising, so we decided to go for it and we are so glad we did! Turned out to be well worth it. Michael connected with us immediately, assured us he would make it happen and not to worry about a thing. We communicated over the phone and through email, he always answered every time I called, ready to listen and note my requests. The day of, the photographer Michael booked for us, Michaela Gardener drove hours to be there for our special day and even brought an assistant. She was willing to be hands on all day, treated my children like family and even stayed late to capture extra shots. Her experience shows from her work. “I have a lot to say here so let me do a TLDR: if you’re here reading this review it likely means photography is important to you. And if that is true, please just book Emily (Hello Rose Photography) because it should be illegal how amazing she is. Send the message as soon as you possibly can. Like right now. Please. The long version: Emily is an INSANELY AMAZING photographer. Color, posing, vibe, attitude, patience, EVERYTHING. Photography was on my top 3 non negotiable list for me, truly the most important thing next to having our dog at our wedding. Leading up to our wedding, I would randomly see her photos and be like ‘omg those are beyond gorgeous I hope my photos look like that’ and then I’d notice it WAS HER. Validation I never knew I needed. If you’re on the fence, just do it. She’s the kindest, gentlest soul and it truly put us at such ease. And she meshed so well with our quirky sense of humor. She also had the patience of a saint with our high energy doggo and capture the actual cutest photos of her. She captured love I’ve never seen between us (it’s hard when you’re looking at your person but it’s even harder for someone to be good enough to capture it). Her candids are literally the best I’ve ever seen. Of me and my dog, me and my friends, my husband and his friends, idk she’s just INSANELY GOOD. I love candids, if you’re a candid person WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR. I promise, I will bet everything on it, you will absolutely not regret spending a single penny on Emily. Honestly, she should charge more. We also had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with Bridgid on our wedding day. She complimented Emily so well and truly, I didn’t feel like we had 2 photographers they were so supportive and in tune with each other. Bridgid also found us funny and loved our doggo too. She even threw her the tennis ball. These ladies work so well together that I truly could not tell you who took which photo. SEAMLESS. I truly missed their presence, outside of photography, when they left for the day. “We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”

“My newly minted husband and I were over the moon from the initial contact with Anna Elisabeth. She is an excellent listener with a superb sense of capturing our wishes in her photographs. We had an unusual experience in that we wanted to capture both of our faith traditions on different days and different geographical areas in the same state. Anna Elisabeth professionally and respectfully photographically savored these traditions beautifully with her photographic gift. She was present and her presence was professionally and discretely demonstrated. Her keen sense of recording precious moments was one of storybooks.. from having the pictures of the bride's mother place, her once veil (when the mother was married 57 years ago) to having the groom's mother putting a family heirloom bracelet on to capturing the special wink given by the groom when he first saw the bride walking down the aisle with her father. All these moments were special at the time and Anna Elisabeth captured them beautifully and discretely. Communication is very important to us, and Anna Elisabeth was professional, prompt and demonstrated honest integrity throughout the entire process.
