Allyssa was absolutely incredible! Our day was perfect thanks to her. She was so organized and helped make sure everyone knew exactly where they should be and when all day. My bridal party and family mentioned several times how awesome she was and how they couldn’t imagine the day without her as well! She also helped bustle my dress and bow, place my veil, change into my second dress and much more. I planned on changing into tennis shoes during the reception and noticed I forgot socks..very quickly her team went out and bought me white socks to wear. They truly went above and beyond! Also the communication her team does with the vendors before and up to the wedding is truly a life saver for any bride.. it took so much stress away from me. Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! We couldn’t have done it without her!!

Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.

I'm just gonna say it - I was in over my head when it came to planning our wedding by myself. Charley Rice Weddings quite literally saved the day, and more. They went thoroughly above and beyond my expectations. Charley communicated clearly with me on an organized, but not overwhelming timeline, she took over all vendor communication for me which was especially helpful, and her planning skills are second to none. Charley and her team provided a completely customized itinerary for my wedding day and rehearsal dinner. They helped bring my exact wedding vision to life, right down to the nitty-gritty details. She set up all of my decor exactly how I wanted it to be done, took it down at the end of the night, and arranged for an easy pick up later that week for the extra stuff we couldn't take home that night. 10/10 would get married again (just to work with Charley again!!!)

Hiring Luna Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20 kids at our reception, and the Luna Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna Co to anyone and everyone!

When I first started to plan our wedding I was not sure I needed a wedding coordinator but boy was I wrong! Having Lyss for our big day was a game changer. She handled so much- from helping keeping every timeline on track, to setting up decor, to steaming dresses and providing Bobby pins to bridesmaids, my niece ripped her dress and she pulls out a sewing kit and helps fix it, she even saved me with deodorant at one point throughout the day. It has been a few weeks since the wedding, and every time anybody talks about it (MOB, MOH, Groom, etc.), we always mention Catherine and a job well done. She was extremely organized and professional... A calm and collected creative expert. When we had to devise a rain plan, she provided insights and solutions. When we had to execute said rain plan, she delivered. She helped with set up, decoration, timeline management, vendor management, guest experience, and more! She was also a friendly face and presence throughout the day... checking to make sure we were stress-free and happy. Leaving this review will never do justice to the incredible service that Wendy and her team provide. During the planning process Wendy assisted us with vendor selection, tracking payments, planning our budget, creating a timeline, and was a great resource for all the weird un-googleable questions we had (or never even thought of). Wendy is an expert in the market and her familiarity and experience with hundreds of vendors is a service you can’t put a price on. I would pay for Wendy’s service 100x over just for how helpful it was to have her help us plan everything, but her team SHINED on our wedding day. Hiring Wendy to coordinate our wedding day was the greatest gift we could have given ourselves and our families. Everyone had the privilege of feeling like guests of honor while Wendy’s team seamlessly ran the show. For us and our parents, it truly got to be a stress-free day focused on family while Wendy’s team handled all the vendor coordination, execution of the timeline, and logistics from setting up the decor at our venue, being the point of contact for vendors, and the best part - having my parents’ car fully loaded at the end of the night so no one was rushing around picking up or taking an early morning trip back to the venue.
