I barely have the right word to describe how amazing this team was. From the begining of the process, I felt like they really understood me and my partner. They asked all the right questions, clearly lined out what I could expect (which exceeded my expectations) and over delivered. I was the most relaxed bride there ever was and it had everything to do with them. They had my complete trust which allowed me to not have to think of anything on my wedding day. They fully understood me. They made me feel like family. They felt as close and important to me as my own family. They supported me and carried me through the day. They cried happy tears with me once I was finally married. Surely, I have to be special to them and they'll never forget me ;) Well at least that is the way they made me feel and that really speaks to them and their work and how amazing they are at what they do. Hardest part of my wedding day was saying goodbye to them at the end of the night. I can not thank them enough.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Katie as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was reliable, organized, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Throughout the entire planning process, we always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or bouncing ideas off of her, and she was consistently responsive and thoughtful in her feedback. Katie is not only dependable, but also incredibly creative. One of the things we appreciated most was her honesty especially when it came to our budget. She gave us clear, practical guidance on where it made sense to invest and where we could save, which helped us prioritize what truly mattered without feeling overwhelmed. Her experience in the industry was evident in the strong vendor relationships she’s built. She knows so many great vendors from all areas such as hair/makeup and signage. She got to know us so she was able to provide trusted recommendations that fit our style and budget. Having someone with those connections made the process so much smoother and gave us a lot of confidence in the team we assembled. As with any wedding, a few difficulties inevitably came up along the way, but Katie handled them calmly and professionally. She was proactive, stepped in to contact vendors on our behalf when needed, and worked behind the scenes to resolve issues before they became stressful for us. As the wedding day approached, she made sure every detail was accounted for confirming timelines, vendors, and logistics so everything was organized and ready for the big day. Most importantly, Katie was someone we could truly depend on. She was steady, supportive, and calm not only during the months of planning but especially on the day of our wedding. She was someone we could lean on every step of the way, and knowing she was there allowed us to fully relax and enjoy such a special time in our lives. Booking with Royal Event Planning was the best thing I could have done for my wedding. Brittney was amazing from start to finish! From the moment my bridal party met her at our wedding rehearsal they told me she was exactly what we needed. She does not play and we loved it! You need someone who cares about your wedding going perfectly just as much or more than you do and that’s what we got with Brittney. I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!

Where do I even start. My original wedding planned bailed two days before and Bre stepped in and never missed a beat. She got write to work and pulled information and materials together like we had been working together all year. I was able to full unplug which was the best gift of all. And if all of that isn’t enough she’s also a total hype girl! She will get out on the dance floor if it needs life and she will guard you and your groom while you eat. When I booked her in January to coordinate my May wedding, I had no idea just how essential she would be in making our day not only perfect but completely stress-free. From the very beginning, Melissa was organized, attentive, and supportive. Over the five months leading up to the wedding, we had regular meetings to go over every detail, which made me feel confident and prepared. About a month before the big day, she stepped in to handle all vendor communications—a huge relief. Anytime I had a question or request, Melissa was already on it, often offering to take care of things before I even had to ask. On the wedding day itself, she and her team were absolutely amazing. From coordinating logistics and setting up decor to managing the buffet and making sure I could relax while getting ready, they handled everything seamlessly. My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!!

We booked the wedding day management service with Love and Life Events for our recent wedding and had an amazing experience! We had a backyard wedding so we knew we needed extra help with all the moving parts to avoid being overwhelmed on our wedding day. We worked with Giselle and she was so kind and such a pleasure to work with! She was super easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. We felt that the team genuinely cared and was willing to step in anywhere needed to ensure we had a memorable day which helped put us at ease. It was great to have someone coordinate with our vendors the month of so that we could focus on all the other little details. On wedding day, Giselle and her team handled everything and communicated with all the vendors so that we could just focus on enjoying ourselves. We had a power issue and they were able to troubleshoot it quickly to make sure the day still ran smoothly. We had to flip our ceremony space for the reception and it felt like we blinked and everything was done already! They also helped set up all our florals and decor and everything looked so beautiful! Our timeline stayed on track and everyone had a great time. Would highly recommend Love and Life Events to all couples! They were such a crucial part of having a smooth wedding and we couldn’t have done it without them! Big THANK YOU to Giselle and the whole team. We’d love to work with them for any other big celebrations in the future!

Patrice was amazing!!! We had some issues with our hotel though the back and forth emails and Patrice stepped up to them and help resolve the issues!!!!!!!! Patrice responded to every email quickly and gave us detailed answers, which made planning so much easier. When we hit a snag with our hotel the day before, she jumped on the phone and sorted it out right away—honestly, I was pretty stressed about it, but she handled everything perfectly. Her team showed up ready to execute our vision exactly how we wanted it, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our wedding special. From start to finish, they put in the effort to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We couldn't have asked for better support on our wedding day!!!

Joey is an absolutely beautiful soul to work with. She has the best ideas and helps you stay within your budget and within reason. We had SO much fun getting creative on a dark and moody wedding. She has excellent communication for all the planning process, it felt so good to have someone care about my wedding planning as much if not more than I did. Her expertise shines through in the lead up to the wedding. On my wedding day I didn't have to worry about a SINGLE vendor and I had QUITE a few doing a full build out wedding. All of our guests gushed over the little details and none of it would have come to fruition without the labor of her love. She is an absolute gem and I would recommend her to EVERY bride.

Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!
