“Simply Elegant Group was by far my favorite vendor! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. “Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! “During my bridal era I opted out of having a bridal party. Usually Bridal parties help the bride and groom the day of, with small tasks. Even after hiring a coordinator I quickly realized that I would need personal help the day, of as I knew my family would be too focused on enjoying themselves. That’s when I found Jordyne on the wisconsin brides Facebook page. I didn’t need to interview her, she advertised her services professionally on her facebook page and that’s all I needed to know. I hired Jordyne to be my bridal assistant the day of but she was so much more. She wore so many hats and worked very well with the wedding vendor team. Even if you think you can do it all, like me. Get the bridal assistant / coordinator, because truth is you can’t. I was very Type A & things did arise that needed attention that day. But Jordyne handled it all, that I didn’t even feel an ounce of stress. She was there to run to the Airbnb and back to the chapel for my bouquet when I forgot it, 5 minutes before the ceremony. She packed up all my belongings from the airbnb and transported it to my car after the ceremony. She cleaned up the broken glasses when the champagne tower fell apart. She was there to help clean up my dress when I got foundation on it from my tattoo cover up. She helped zip up my dress when the zipper got stuck and adjust my under skirt. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. She was there to provide full support and reassurance. Every bride needs reassurance . Jordyne’s services were worth every penny! I would recommend her to every bride. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
