After graduating from Parson's School of Art in Manhattan, I worked as a fine artist, my work involved photography and photo manipulation. I quickly discovered that I loved and excelled at photo retouching, and went on to work for some of the best photo retouching studios in New York. In 2009 I shot my first wedding, it was a dear friend of mine and the beautiful photos were featured in one of the biggest wedding magazines. I realized that I had found my calling and have been producing stunning wedding photographs with my amazing team and clients ever since.

We’re Milan and Nata, the husband-and-wife team behind Photo Cine Art. We’ve called Punta Cana home for over 20 years and have spent the last 16 years photographing and filming weddings across the Dominican Republic. Milan is our lead photographer, combining candid documentary moments with creative editorial portraits, while Nata manages, coordinates and edits everything behind the scenes. After working 10+ years in corporate America in NYC, California and traveling the globe, I found myself wanting more than what the traditional career path had set for me. I stumbled into photography while I was on maternity leave with my oldest and started a side hustle that I had no idea was going to turn into a complete career change years later.
