The process of working with Grand Entrance Affairs was excellent, at a reasonable price point, and it resulted in an absolutely perfect day. :) From the time Ingrid started working with us, she took a load off of our shoulders and we felt well taken care of. We are the type who like to be in control and plan everything ourselves, but we're so grateful that Ingrid brought her years of experience to ask us all the right questions and help us plan out the day-of timeline because we would have definitely gotten it wrong on our own. If there were any obstacles or things that went wrong on the wedding day, we were completely oblivious to it because her team handled it all without worrying us. They gave us just the right amount of attention to make us feel well taken care of while letting us enjoy each other's company and the company of our guests. Working with Katie from Wildflowers Elegant Events was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From day one, she brought incredible organization, calm energy, and genuine care that made the entire planning process feel manageable. Katie was always five steps ahead, catching details and guiding us through every decision with so much thoughtfulness. On the wedding weekend, she was an absolute superstar. The timeline ran flawlessly, vendors were managed seamlessly, and every space looked exactly how we envisioned it—if not better. We were able to be fully present with our guests because we knew Katie had everything handled. Multiple people told us it was the smoothest, most beautifully orchestrated wedding they’d ever attended, and that is 100% thanks to her. We had to plan and execute a rain plan last minute and she worked to coordinate vendors to make sure everything was rearranged and we really could not have accomplished that without her. You know those type A people that always seem to be on top of their game? That’s Linsey and Leah. Every time an issue popped into my head and I brought it up to them they had already taken it into account and found a solution. They helped me through the whole process and it was crazy because sometimes I swear they were reading my mind and each others at the same time. I live in Texas but from California so of course I was getting married where I am from due to all my family and stuff. I was so stressed out planning from a distance but the second that Megan started supporting me everything was so much better! Her knowledge and guidance was such a blessing. On the day of my wedding you would think I was frantic NOPE... I wasn't frantic because Megan literally had everything covered. Where do I even start. My original wedding planned bailed two days before and Bre stepped in and never missed a beat. She got write to work and pulled information and materials together like we had been working together all year. I was able to full unplug which was the best gift of all. And if all of that isn’t enough she’s also a total hype girl! She will get out on the dance floor if it needs life and she will guard you and your groom while you eat. When I booked her in January to coordinate my May wedding, I had no idea just how essential she would be in making our day not only perfect but completely stress-free. From the very beginning, Melissa was organized, attentive, and supportive. Over the five months leading up to the wedding, we had regular meetings to go over every detail, which made me feel confident and prepared. About a month before the big day, she stepped in to handle all vendor communications—a huge relief. Anytime I had a question or request, Melissa was already on it, often offering to take care of things before I even had to ask. On the wedding day itself, she and her team were absolutely amazing. From coordinating logistics and setting up decor to managing the buffet and making sure I could relax while getting ready, they handled everything seamlessly. My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I decided to book LVLF for my November wedding at Rancho Las Lomas as my day of coordinator, and I’m so glad I decided to have the team there with me. I’m so grateful for Chiell and her team supporting me before my wedding and during my wedding. I seriously didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding and the team took care of every situation that popped up. They took care of everything from contacting my vendors before the wedding, keeping in touch with vendors, directing guests, helping set up the venue with decor that I brought, and even loaded up cars at the end of the night. They were incredibly organized, thoughtful, and always kept us on track throughout the day of the wedding process and before. One of the highlights of this team is their familiarity with Rancho Las Lomas, they knew what they had to do beforehand and carried everything out flawlessly (especially considering the size of this venue). I don’t even know where to begin. I am so pleased I went with Patrice and her team as my day of coordinator. She also did a lot more than just day of! She made plans for us and talked to all of the vendors, conducted our rehearsal, worked with the venue, and took care of all those nitty gritty details. I’m pretty type A and was probably emailing her more than I should have for only choosing the day of package (lol), but she always responded promptly and kindly to every little thing I had to say. Her team was so nice and so professional and they really made me feel like they cared about my wedding - like it was more than just the next job they had. My only regret was not hiring them sooner - I could have saved myself a lot of time and energy. Thank you Patrice and team. So blessed to have Joey for our June wedding with lavender theme. Highest ROI florist in SoCal if not the whole country! Love her genuine care about our style and budget, her effective communication, her attention to details, especially her efforts to go extra mile to ensure a perfect wedding. Besides arranging flowers, Joey also helped with cake decoration, table card distribution, seating chart placement with her own mirror and waxing seals etc., leaving us full peace of mind before and during the wedding day. She didn’t charge extra labor cost for loading/unloading, unlike other florists we quoted, and we need to thank her husband for the logistics part too! Joey also solved the emergency caused by the church runner I bought. Luckily she offered to help set up the runner and found about the wrong size the day before she took the folded runner out for ironing. Although I didn’t use her service as planner or coordinator of the wedding, I can tell how awesome she will be when she wears those hats. Hope more brides-to-be can get to know her before signing with other florists & planners.

We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Falkner Winery in Temecula, and she went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. From the moment we booked her, she put me completely at ease. She is reliable, communicative, organized, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. As an event planner in my professional life, planning the wedding itself came naturally to me, but I was nervous about handing over all of the details on the actual wedding day. Kate made that transition effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to execute allowed me to be fully present and enjoy my wedding. I never once worried about whether the welcome table was set up correctly, if the dessert menu made it out, or if all of the little details I had spent months planning were being handled. I trusted her completely, and she delivered on every level. One thing that really stood out was her judgment and professionalism. For example, our wedding day was extremely windy, and our welcome sign kept blowing over. Rather than interrupting me with a minor decision, she reached out to my mom to discuss moving it indoors because she knew how important the placement was to me. She kept my family informed when necessary, solved problems proactively, and protected me from having to think about any logistical issues throughout the day. Kate gave me the gift of being able to enjoy my wedding without worrying about a single detail. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're considering hiring her, do it. I truly cannot thank Sam enough for all the hard work, time, care, and love she poured into making my wedding day so seamless and stress free. I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. From the very beginning, Sam immediately made me feel at ease. She came fully prepared with everything I could possibly need including wedding budget templates, welcome guides, decor lists, photoshoot lists, timelines, and so many thoughtful details all organized in an easy to access shared Google Drive. She thought of the smallest things that I never would have considered until the last minute, and that alone took such a huge weight off my shoulders. One of my favorite things about Sam is that she was ALWAYS genuinely excited for me. She brought such positive energy to every meeting and made the entire planning process feel exciting instead of stressful. I also appreciated how honest and experienced she was when giving feedback on decor, ideas, and what works best for weddings. You can truly tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does. She consistently communicated with all my vendors and the venue, which made such a difference not only for me, but for my entire family and bridal party. Wedding planning should be a joyful season of life, and Sam made sure it stayed that way. She attended meetings with me, sent inspiration ideas constantly, kept everything organized, and always made me feel supported. And then came the wedding day itself, and wow. Sam was absolutely incredible. She guided the bridal party, kept everything running on schedule, communicated with vendors and the venue, made sure I stayed hydrated and ate, and most importantly made me feel calm, supported, and fully present. My family and I were able to genuinely enjoy the day without being pulled in a million directions, which was exactly what I hoped for. As a full time working mom, having Sam by my side throughout this process meant more than I can explain. She took so much stress and responsibility off my hands and turned my vision into something even more beautiful than I imagined. I truly do not know how I would have done it without her. I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. Her communication was responsive and clear, and it was just an absolute joy working with her. We HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding planning needs!
