We originally connected because of the name — Frances is my middle name and my mom’s name — but after one Zoom call with Nicole, I knew she was the one! Nicole’s pricing is incredibly reasonable for the amount of work, thought, time, and care that went into our event. We had months of emails, planning, and in-person meetings over coffee, and she made the entire process feel so easy and enjoyable. She is the perfect mix of chill, detail-oriented, professional, creative, and friendly. No challenge ever seemed to phase her, and she handled every twist and turn with so much grace. Nicole is not only an amazing planner, but also an incredible florist, and I’m so grateful both of those skillsets were part of our wedding day. She has such a talented team of florists she works with, and the florals were absolutely stunning. “Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. “We hired Stacy very last minute and were on the fence about hiring her because we didn't have a lot for her to do as a planner but for peace of mind, we scheduled one call with her and were 100% sold. We had so many "little details" that we didn't want to get lost in translation or have to worry about. We also didn't want to depend on our bridal party or family members to help out because just like us, we wanted them to enjoy the day too. Stacy took care of everything and then some, even stopping to make sure we had our signature drinks and that we got to eat our appetizers. She went as far as making sure we got our wedding cake packaged up for later. She is so thoughtful and thorough. She also has a creative flair. We gave her complete authority with design and she made all of our personal items look even better than we imagined. We got married at the Wedding Pavilion and had our cocktail hour and reception at Italy Isola in Epcot. With all of the moving parts, Stacy was amazing making sure all of our personal items were where they should be and packed everything up at the end of the night. She worked well with the Disney Team and hiring her was one of the best decisions. We had a completely stress free wedding experience. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. “TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.”

She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. “Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding! “Corinne went above and beyond. From our first phone call we felt comfortable and confident. I let her know that I had family that is not fluent in English & she said that she would find a way & I trusted that. She asked if she could being her friend Alma to help her with translating & they both made everything work very naturally. We are so grateful for the two of them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and it truly was. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did. They did more than we could imagine and thought of the things that we had never thought or considered. They were such a calm and confident presence on our special day, it really allowed us to soak it all in. We are so glad that we had them on our side, we didn’t worry about a thing and they made our day feel so easy and enjoyable. They helped with rehearsal, setting up decor, moving decor, putting away decor, timeline, communicating with vendors, & I am sure there was a lot more going on behind scenes that we are so grateful for. They made sure we stayed on top of all the things we wanted to do: sunset photos, speeches, first dances, money dance, the “culebra” just everything!! Our families were very happy as well! “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! Thank you so much for making this day run smoothly. Best day ever !”

“I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. We booked Dre over a year out from our wedding, and even though she didn't start officially working with us until 6 weeks from our wedding date, she was available to answer questions and support with the planning process from the very start.
