It all started close to two years ago when my daughter Madison called me to tell me she had just gotten engaged. Around two months later, she created her Pinterest board and showed it to me, and just like that... that was my queue! I was a wedding planner so I know how much work and planning a wedding takes. I called Madison and told her we would start interviewing vendors immediately. She asked if it was too soon and my answer was no! Weddings take about a year to a year and a half to plan. At the time Madison was a full-time employee and studying to get her Master's degree, so she was very limited in all of the planning, her main focus was finishing school before the wedding. Living in a different state, I depended on the internet, reviews, and calling each vendor to get a feel for how they responded to me and my views. This wedding was going to be a very organic yet elegant vegan wedding. My daughter had given me her vision and it was up to me to bring it to life. After many over-the-phone interviews, the vendors we chose were the perfect fit, the perfect DREAM TEAM! They all knew I lived in Miami and my daughter's wedding was in Virginia, so this would be a little more challenging for all of us. WEDDING PLANNER: E&E Design Company, Katie and Maegan, these two ladies are nothing short of AMAZING! They knew I was in the wedding planning business, Katie and Maegan listened, let me run through all my ideas, and then enhanced my vision and made it happen. These two ladies met with me on the day of the wedding at 10:00 AM and did not end until midnight, both of them are such hard workers. Meagan and Katie, you are always happy, positive, and helpful they are AWESOME! I appreciate you more than you know, thank you for making my daughter so happy! “My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!”

“I hired Cassidy from Dusk to Dawn Events as my wedding coordinator and designer and it was truly the best decision I made for my wedding. Where do I start? She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. “Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs.
