She asked such intentional questions to get to know me, my fiancé, and our vision for the wedding. One of my biggest priorities was making sure my mom, who lives out of state, could stay involved in the planning process. Carina handled this seamlessly. She coordinated virtual meetings with my mom and me, facilitated in-person meetings when my mom was in town, and kept us all on the same page with regular updates through her planning platform, emails, and check-ins. Everything felt smooth, and no detail was overlooked. Her vendor recommendations were another highlight. Brianna was such a pleasure to work with. I hired her for her day-of coordination as I planned my wedding myself. It was a small, pretty minimalist wedding with 40 guests, but having Brianna coordinate with the vendors, and lead the rehearsal and wedding day was a huge relief during a stressful planning process. She was flexible with helping us plan our timeline earlier than usual and asked us all of the questions that wouldn’t have ever occurred to me. She was super supportive and communicative and helped find me vendors and just so patient with us. Scheduling meetings through her website was a breeze! Being able to see her availability without going back and forth or waiting for confirmations was super helpful. Brianna was a huge help when we learned we couldn’t store our decor at the venue the day before, so after the rehearsal at the venue, she stashed all the decor in her car. The day of our wedding, Brianna and her assistant put the dinner tables exactly as I had shown her, but I was really impressed with how she used our leftover decor for our guestbook table, gift table, and even the bar! It all felt really cohesive and I was impressed by her creativity and her ability to improvise. Brianna was so reassuring and on top of everything and she really made our day run as smoothly as possible!

We absolutely adored Jackie and her daughter Madison while working together for our November 2025 wedding. Jackie came in and was willing to roll with the punches, including communication delays on our end, last minute planning shifts, and a vision that all came together in the final days leading up to the event. We got her on board maybe two months before the big day, and she was ready to jump right in with us! Jackie is a bubbly personality who is readily available when you need her. She centers the bride and groom throughout the entire process, making stressful moments feel easy, because as you get inundated with 100 opinions, she's simply there to hear and honor YOURS. She dealt with vendor snaffus like a champion, I have every confidence there were things that occurred day of that we still have no clue about because she handled it behind the scenes and we never had to hear about it! Her daughter being her partner for the events was a huge asset, as they work as a seamless team with a dynamic and inherent understanding of what the other one needs in that moment. The decision to go with Jackie was easy, her enthusiasm was immediate and genuine. Unlike other potential planners we spoke with, one thing we most enjoyed was her "behind the scenes" attitude. While friendly, excited, and truly a huge fan of love and life partnership, she also maintained very clear professional boundary lines and put the professional relationship first. We feel a genuine kinship and respect blossomed (she's the best!!), but very much appreciated that she was there to do the job first and be friendly with us second. The team has an inventory you can pull from, which we did, and that helped us cut down on some one-time item costs as well (for example, we borrowed one of their letter boxes for guests to leave their envelopes)! Our vendors were already secured prior to connecting with Everlasting Moments, but if you're in the earlier stages of planning I would highly suggest bringing the team in to assist you. Based on our experience with their vendor relationships from our event, they would be a huge asset as you're navigating those handful of "big items" in your planning journey and making those first initial decisions. Everlasting Moments was a gigantic asset to our wedding weekend, worth every penny and then some. Their calm (and often time hilarious) demeanor really added to the entire weekend. Our hope is that every couple getting married has as much of a positive experience with their coordinator/planner as we did! We were required to use Southern Skies Events by our venue, and it was honestly one of the best things to happen to us during the whole wedding planning process. Right off the bat we were able to utilize them through email and they answered all my questions quickly and helped so much. And then we were matched Sarah.... best wedding planner and day of coordinator ever! Sarah knew what I needed before I even knew it myself. She was incredibly helpful during the three months we worked together up until the big day, and even took it upon herself to go and pick up our wedding cake when there was a major miscommunication on the day of. You know you have a great planner whenever none of the guests, not even the groom, know there's any sort of mishap the day of. One of my favorite memories was right before my outfit change, I was hot and my feet hurt, and just sat down for a moment in the bridal suite to decompress. Before I knew it, Sarah was there helping me out of my heels. Like I said, she knew what I needed before I even knew it myself. 100000% would recommend

We found Carolina Event Masters through Facebook-it's always a little bit of a gamble finding people to work with without a reference from someone you know but everything about Makenzie’s website and how responsive she was made me feel confident in moving forward with her! Makenzie was very responsive from the get-go, and I enjoyed the "get-to-know-you" call. I feel like it allowed me to tell her what my vision was and if we could be on the same page / work together toward that vision! Everything about working with Makenzie was the best! But I would have to say her organization and keeping in touch with me regularly really stood out to me. It was super helpful especially for thinking of things I wouldn't have thought of and making sure all the bases were covered! I never once felt like I couldn't ask her a question, I never felt abandoned, and I felt like she was truly invested in what my husband and I wanted and made our wants a reality. I couldn't be happier and am so thankful to have worked with her!
