“We cannot say enough good things about Emily! She is AMAZING at her job - we hired Emily as our month-of coordinator and honestly can’t imagine what our day would’ve looked like without her. From our first call, she made us feel cared for, heard, and celebrated. She helped us secure vendors, communicated effectively, and handled everything with grace. She had solutions for things we hadn’t even thought of. On our wedding day, it was such a relief to walk into our reception area and it be completely set up exactly how we pictured it in our heads - but even better. She is THE best. If you get the chance to work with her, you will not regret it.”

“I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Memories Made with Brittney LaShea! Brittney was instrumental in making the wedding of my dreams come true! Listen—I am a project manager by profession—super organized, type A control freak, very particular—so for me to hand over the most important day of my life to someone else seemed unimaginable. But from my first meeting with Brittney, I felt nothing but utter confidence in her abilities and she definitely proved me right! I hired Brittney for day-of coordination about 2-3 months out from my wedding which took place March 2025. Brittney is an EXPERT event planner who was able to give me so much guidance even though I was so far into wedding planning. She is also EXTREMELY thorough—“day-of” coordination doesn’t just mean you show up on the day of the wedding and Brittney understands that. She put in the necessary prep work, reviewing vendor contracts, creating a detailed day of timeline, coordinating with vendors, and leading the rehearsal. Working with Brittney in the weeks leading up to the wedding and in particular at the rehearsal, I was able to observe the intentionality with which she builds relationships with people. On the wedding day, Brittney was a literal SUPERHERO. She comes equipped with walkie talkies and the most thorough emergency kit I’ve ever seen! There were things that went wrong throughout the day (that’s inevitable) but Brittney shielded me from so much of that by making executive decisions and coming up with solutions on the fly, which allowed me to just enjoy my day. Cold sparks tripped the power in the reception hall—Brittney handled it. Wind kept blowing over the arch as they were trying to decorate—Brittney handled it. By the end of the night, I didn’t want to deal with the train on my reception dress—Brittney handled it (the woman literally stitched a bustle for me lol). I could go on and on forever about how amazing this woman is. My family, the vendors, and even random guests commented on what an incredible job she did. So I’m just going to say anyone would be LUCKY to have Brittney on their team.”

“Working with Venue Decor was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Theresa’s communication was lightning-fast, and she was genuinely excited to bring my vision for an "enchanted forest/fairytale” themed wedding to life. She made a super detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly on the big day - I don't know what I would have done without it! The decor she created, from the ceremony site to the reception area, was classy, beautiful, and exactly what I had pictured. She had so many unique and creative ideas that I never would have thought of on my own. The quality of her work was truly top-notch, and I felt like I got incredible value for the investment. I couldn't recommend Venue Decor more highly for any couple planning a wedding!”

Carolina Event Masters

Rating: 5.0 (27 reviews)

“We had an amazing experience with Carolina Event Masters. We had Kenzie as our coordinator as well as two amazing assistants. We had a 7-month engagement and got married December 20, 2025 for a wedding in Henderson, NC with about 100 people in attendance. We found CEM through a NC brides Facebook page when we posted looking for day-of coordinators. CEM had several options for what level of support we needed and we went with the middle option - it comprised, in brief, day-of coordination and running the rehearsal, assistance finding a few vendors, and several planning meetings. The level of service we received was what I'd expect from a planner more than a coordinator. CEM wasn't there to show up the day-of and motion to the piano to start playing. They coordinated in advance every moment of the day to make sure it went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Not only did they get the contact info of all the vendors for emergencies, but they confirmed every policy and communicated with them in advance to make sure they knew what to expect. They toured the church and reception venue to make sure they were familiar with the spaces. Not only did they helped with what we asked about, but they asked questions to help us avoid making last-minute decisions or missing things that were important to us that we hadn't thought about. For ex., they asked about what we wanted to happen with the flowers after the reception. They also gave us advice based on their experience. For ex., recommending we list the table assignments by last name. The rehearsal was very professional and pleasant - they were very prompt and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. The day of the wedding they split up between church/reception venue. EVERYTHING was either on-time or early all day. They went above and beyond to help set up the reception - something we definitely didn't expect from a coordinator. Our reception venue had staff that set the tables etc., and we had a florist, but CEM reviewed everything, made sure the placecards/kids bags/high chiars were in the right place down to the chair, etc. They also were familiar with the type of photobooth we rented and they set it up entirely for us. All this set up and more was just way beyond what we expected and extremely helpful. We could tell they were invested in making everything beautiful and perfect. Sarah also took several beautiful photos for us - a complete surprise and very special treat. One of our favorite photos from the night was one she took of our first dance. This also gave us a sneak peak into what the reception looked like before anyone had arrived! (All attached photos are from her). We had an issue with our seating chart and they saved the day - long story short it was going to be delivered AFTER the wedding and we thought we were out of luck. I mentioned the issue to Kenzie and when I arrived from the church after the ceremony I saw the seating chart in the doorway before our entry! She had ordered it, picked it up, and set it up for us. I don't know how she did it, but she did, and it was so thoughtful and touching that she would put in that extra effort on top of everything they had on their plates. I could go on and on but I hope this reflects just some of what CEM did for our wedding and how thrilled we were with them. They are a lovely group of people. If we HAD to cut any cost or change any vendor, they would be last on the list. It was perfect.”

When I’m not researching vendors, breaking down budgets, or perfecting timelines, you can usually find me hiking, crafting, or spending time with my mini-me’s. “Michelle recently served as our wedding event coordinator for our June wedding in the Texas Hill Country. We hired her about a year prior after locking in half of our vendors knowing inevitably that we would need coordination help for the day of our event. In simple words, my fiancé and I had an exceptional wedding day experience. Michelle and her team went straight to work and ensured everything was set up according to what we wanted. My fiancé and I both felt at peace as a result of her endless assistance in making sure we had everything at all moments of the day. Our guests also gave us positive feedback in regard to all the aspects and felt the intention with all the little details we included. I mentioned all this because I know it goes back to the beginning when we first hired Michelle. From the start, she was very invested in our vision and helped guide us in our planning journey. She had so many great vendor recommendations and was always a message away if needed. To sum it all up I would choose Michelle and her team every time. She is exactly what we needed to have achieved and lived through such a phenomenal day!”

“Hiring Chelsea as our wedding planner was, without question, the best decision we made. She handled both full-service planning and design, and her talent blew us away. Her eye for design is truly unmatched — every detail was so thoughtfully executed and stunning. She brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way while still offering expert guidance and honest feedback when we needed it. What made the entire experience so special was how stress-free it felt. From the very beginning, we trusted Chelsea completely, and because of that, we were able to actually enjoy the process. Everything felt fun and easy because we knew she had it all handled — timelines, vendors, logistics, you name it. We never had to worry, and that peace of mind was absolutely priceless. We opted for full planning because we wanted her support on everything, from vendor communication to invitations and save-the-dates — and we’re so glad we did. Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how calm, proactive, and easygoing she was. She was always one step ahead, and her presence on the day of the wedding brought so much calm and confidence. She has truly been my rock over the past year and a half. By the end, she felt more like a friend than just a planner. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Chelsea again and again. We truly love her and owe our amazing day to her passion, creativity, and heart.”

“From the very beginning, I just knew Liz and her team were the right people for us. What started as finding a wedding planner quickly turned into finding people I know we’ll be friends with forever. After a falling out with another planner, I came to Liz, and she immediately went straight into planner mode. She took everything off our plate, helped us with absolutely everything, and somehow brought the vision I had in my head completely to life. I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without Liz, Caroline, and the entire team. She even did our rehearsal dinner night, made everything perfect. And then came the rain…. On my wedding day, when I saw the rain, I immediately thought, “The day is ruined.” But Liz had us prepared with a perfect plan, a rain plan, and a BIG rain plan. We were ready for whatever happened and honestly, it ended up being the BEST night. If you are even thinking about hiring Liz and her team, DO IT. You will not regret it. They are talented, organized, calm when you need them most, and genuinely care about making your day everything you dreamed it would be. Liz, Caroline, and team: you’ll forever be so special to us. I was on the fence about having a coordinator and everyone in my wedding party agrees, we couldn’t have done it without Kristin! She is a fun, energetic, loving person who delivered on all the details. Bonus-she executed an insane grazing table for our cocktail hour, as well as smaller ones for the bridal party throughout the day. “Working with Elise Murray was an absolute game-changer for our wedding planning process. From our first conversation, she responded quickly and made everything feel straightforward—no confusion or back-and-forth confusion that often comes with planning. What really set Elise apart was how she brought my Pinterest board to life while also making sure my husband felt like an equal partner in the process, which honestly doesn't happen at most weddings where the wife makes all the calls. I came to her with a very specific vision and demanding preferences, but instead of pushing back, she met every single one of my needs with incredible attention to detail and genuine pride in her work. The final result was colorful, thoughtful, and absolutely perfect. Elise treated our day like it was her own, and we couldn't be more grateful for the professionalism and care she brought to every decision.”

The Wedding Belle

“Working with Belle from The Wedding Belle made planning our wedding feel completely manageable. She took charge of vendor communication starting 30 days before our big day, confirming details and creating a clear itinerary so we knew exactly what to expect. Belle helped us pick out decor and made sure everything was set up perfectly on the morning of our wedding. When questions came up, she answered right away, and when we hit a bump in the road with transportation delays, she handled it smoothly without us having to stress. She even followed up with our caterer after the wedding to make sure we felt taken care of. Belle genuinely cared about making our day special, and we're so grateful for everything she did for us.”

“We honestly didn’t realize how much we needed Kim until she swooped in and took control. As organized people, we were well planned out, but the execution is another beast to tame. She was all over it from DJ to Photographer to unruly family. Her demeanor is a perfect balance of very kind and schoolyard warden. We are so grateful for her help and guidance. Don’t go into your event without her and be sorry.”

Let's face it, every couple needs wedding planning help and traditional full-blown wedding planning is super expensive! At The Venlist, we're providing a modern way for busy couples to get wedding planning help at a price point that fits their budget from coast to coast.

“I worked with Brittany from The Venlist on a series of styled shoots in Washington, DC. I can't say enough good things about this virtual wedding planning business. Brittany was organized, thoughtful, timely in communication, professional, and extremely calm under pressure. As a wedding photographer, I've worked with many wedding vendors and can recognize when an event is set up for success. Successful wedding planners need skills in time management, communication, and attention to detail. With The Venlist, all of these areas exceeded my expectations. I'd be happy to work with this business again, and I will be recommending them to my friends/clients in the DMV area. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Brittany with your business inquiry!”
