“When i say you NEED Keyta I mean it!!! She went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and beautiful. When i was worried my sister (who’s pregnant) wouldn’t be able to bend down to fix my long train and cathedral length veil, Keyta offered to come to one of my dress fitting appts to look at my dress and veil so she’d be prepared to step in if she needed to. She stayed in constant contact with my vendors and ensured we were all on the same page in order to have a smooth successful day. As the day got closer i started to become overwhelmed. she immediately took on anything i needed help with (looked up clerks office and provided address and phone number for our marriage license, last minute recommendations like clear umbrellas, isle runners, extra tents, ect in case it rained). Her bride and groom checklist helped keep us on track and ensured we got everything done that we needed to. On the day of, she let me use her mirror that she used on her wedding day for my flat lay detail pictures. She came prepared with a curling iron for touch ups!! “We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!”

“Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. HIGHLY recommend her!”

We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos.
