From the moment my (now) husband and I had our first video call I knew Kelly was our ‘It’ woman! The 3 of us hit it off so well. Her years of experience and creativity paired very well with the visions we had to make our special day, perfect. We contracted Elite Events Design as our day of coordinator, so we could enjoy all the fruits of our labor and not have to worry about anything, and in the event of something possibly going awry, I knew we were in the best possible hands and I’d likely never have to know about it on or after our wedding day! Hehe My husband and I tried to be very economically and financially responsible, and we didn’t want to buy a ton of things that would never get used again. Kelly learned this about me when she knew we were renting silk flowers for our alter pillars and ordering beautiful bamboo bridesmaid flower bouquets, she was fortunately able to offer some rentable inventory items which made us feel even more comfortable with our choices. We had so much confidence in Kelly’s direction and skillset! On the day of wedding, we were blown away with how organized she was, as there are SO many moving parts & then, we saw the room reveal- she tied our whole vision together (insert biggest sigh of relief!) She was willing to meet with us on facetime often, helped us brainstorm/decide certain design decisions for the details of our day, and was a great listener. Her taste is very sophisticated and she has a ton of experience with tablescapes/vintage styling so we trusted her to match/uphold our vision for our centerpieces, memory table, escort card table, matchbooks favors, etc. and also to come up with vignettes for the space on her own, as well. Our original venue day-of-coordinator actually ended up being out sick the day of our wedding, and Meghan quickly stepped in to help with my veil, getting us water, & making sure our things were in the right place at the right time, and even capturing a little BTS content which was fun to watch the next morning, etc. You will not regret booking/working with her!!

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. Our wedding weekend had numerous events, cultural moments, vendors, and moving parts especially because it was a summer camp-Indian-Peruvian-fusion wedding, but nothing seemed to dim this team’s ambition. Jenna’s enthusiasm and excitement were always a source of light and encouragement for us in some of the tougher days leading up to the wedding and Amalia’s cool demeanor and get stuff done attitude moved everything along with ease. Despite the tight schedule and challenges we threw at them, Jenna and Amalia made both me and my husband feel grounded after every interaction. Seeing their smiling faces in the crowd during the weekend events was always a source of comfort. They make an incredibly balanced and capable team. PS they were so great with our pup too!

Courtney was the wedding planner of a wedding I attended. It was clear that every detail was well thought out and the event was a reflection of the couple and everything that was important to them. The venue was in a small town in upstate NY, quaint and charming, by the river. From the welcome bags at our hotel, and the newspaper with all the event details we knew we were in for a treat. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful touches like the telephone to leave a message for the couple, the personalized watercolors of the attendees as momentous, and the sunglasses for the guests as we hung in the garden at the venue, this was one of the best events I have attended. And the band was outstanding, we danced all night. Courtney did a phenomenal job of thinking about the big and the small things. She is a true professional, who is thoughtful, creative, and detail oriented.

I was referred to Keyta, and her team about 6 months before my wedding. From our very first conversation, I immediately trusted her with helping my husband and I make sure the day flowed seamlessly.
