The day of our wedding her team was incredible at setting up our decor and working with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. We met Christina at a random event through a mutual friend and she boasted about 'Majestic Elegance Resorts' as the location for our 'Destination Wedding'. I had never worked with a Wedding Coordinator/Travel Agent before and as the Groom I understood my role. My wish, that was non-negotiable was that my Bride was happy.......MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. My voice was heard, any time we faced a challenge I was able to go to Christina to address it. • The location was all that it was bragged to be • Our wedding, with the endless beach view was the best • The transportation to and from the airport was on point • The food was very good • The rooms....oh the rooms...no matter which one you chose, not sure you could go wrong • There were events everyday on the resort, with staff approaching you during the day to invite you personally • Did I mention it was all-inclusive....It was all-inclusive • The All-White Boat Party the next day, not even the rain could hold us down as God opened the skies as soon as we left the dock.........whooooo just tired thinking about it. I have a pic of my Bride and the Wedding Coordinator passed out from all the expended energy with each other Most importantly, in the end my Bride was smiling, crying and smiling again. It took us 2 days to recover just to say goodbye to our guests as we stayed a few more days...just awesome. My bride is still smiling, even now and if we could change something I can't think of anything that we would change. I smile just thinking about it. All of our guests thank us for inviting them to spend to travel to join us for our celebration. They had the time of their lives and those that could not make it regret it but enjoy the love through our pictures. Thank you Christina for making my Bride laugh, cry and smile again. This was one of the most important moments in my life and we are still watching videos and finding pics.”

“I worked with Radeyah for my wedding August 21st. As a type A bride that was doing most of the wedding planning herself I knew early on that I would need a day of coordinator. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. “TLDR: Choose Belmont Events Planning and Design. Victoria Amsler is amazing, her team is just as good and they will make your day absolutely spectacular! Reach out if you havent booked your Day of Coordinator...YES you need one. For those who love the details, continue on... I was married on 6.26.26 to an amazing man who took my love for Reading, Fantasy, magic, the night-sky and made it a reality for me! I had all the ACOTAR and Fourth Wing visions, all the designs and decor, all the plans, and all of the vendors. I had the confidence of time and was on top of the independent Bride world. Oh how naive... About 3 months out from the wedding date, RSVPs came due, guests were asking questions, guests were not responding, vendors needed answers and timelines. I felt like I was in a spiral and that all of my careful planning was being to unravel. While you actually partake IN your wedding Day! I wasn't looking for the normal. Belmont Events reached out and the first line of her message was. "Is your wedding seriously based upon an ACOTAR theme? I LOVE THIS" I found my person. Victoria Amsler knew my dream, my vision, The books she had already read and loved. I didn't have to explain it or describe what I was looking for she SAW it. She took off every extra weight off my shoulders and made the days leading to our wedding feel easy. She kept in contact and began communicating immediately with my vendors and both bridal parties. She took all the little things off of my lists and let me know as they were completed and allowed me to bask in the days before my wedding. Any incident that popped up she handled and made me feel like I was the most important client on her list. She remade my signs (with permission) and made them so perfect and gorgeous. I realised at that point that my ideas were one view point, where she had a team and could just make everything so much better. Victoria and Leah ran my rehearsal and made sure timing and angles, chairs all of it was perfect. Our Bridal parties sat, while our kids stood by our sides, Victoria made it happen. I had a dress change that very few people even knew about and she kept it quite even though it was in the timeline and it went off flawless. She made every transition happen during my wedding and made sure we were drinking water and also able to spend my time enjoying the wedding WITH my new husband. Wind was a problem, she handled it and fixed the issue. Heat was a problem, she kept water handy and air conditioner breaks happening. I never heard a peep throughout the day because Victoria and Leah were there. I had the most magical, fantasy, Night Court styled wedding that I PLANNED and ENVISIONED. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did!
