At our first meeting, he was enthusiastic, organized, and asked all kinds of questions to better understand our vision. The day of the ceremony, he helped us add structure to our pre-ceremony process by nailing down clear portrait timelines for each of us. He has an upbeat and easy-going attitude, which helped both of us feel comfortable while posing for portraits. “Laurie Ann Martin and her team are a fun and professional group to work with. She is detailed oriented and cares not only how the pictures turn out but also your experience. My eyelash came off and I wanted to cry at city hall but she not only made me happy but went to Walgreens to get eye glue lash! That is the type of all hats on board she and her team are. When they had down time before the reception, they even offered to help out non-picture wise wherever they could! She also sends little gifts and surprises but I won’t spoil it. There is one BIG surprise she does at the end but I won’t spoil that either lol. She is fortunately not shy about whether she understands whether things are communicated correctly to her, especially when it comes to the albums - I was quite detailed oriented in what I wanted in my albums and how they were designed _.
