About Rustic Bloom Photography

Shannon Weiss

Oregon Coast Intimate Wedding and Elopement Photographer

I live for the genuine, emotional, and fun loving moments through out your beautiful day. Rain or shine, high winds or a blaring hot sun.... I'm there.I believe in authenticity...ugly crying...and laughing so hard that you can barely catch your breath. Most of all, I want you to look back and be able to feel what your day was like.

Photographers all have a way of documenting your story the way they choose for it to be told. For me, I am 100% myself. I am focused on becoming your friend throughout your day, not just a random person with a camera. This isn't a "job" for me. I am passionate about human connection and want my couples to know that their day is just as important to me as it is to them. I don't outsource my edits, which means I am at my desk until 2am most nights working my way through making your story unfold in a timeless way. My edits have a warm organic feel to them, and are edited one by one, and I genuinely love the whole process.

Typically, couples book me about 9-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
In my 8 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
You can expect about 50-75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. But I have a couple incredible recommendations.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
